I would Highly recommend Fritz's Campground Resort to anyone! This is a very family friendly resort, lots of amenities, beautiful beach, and EVERYTHING is very well maintained! Richard and Jane were amazing hosts, very nice, and friendly to work with for all of our needs. We had a seasonal here for 2 years and we absolutely loved it! We are going to travel the country side with our trailer this year. Thanks to all the staff for their incredible help and support for us being new to the camping world. We will see you all again soon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a mechanical failure on my RV and gave them 5 days notice of canceling. I was told that there are no refunds period. I had to place a $50 deposit to reserve a camp spot. Apparently they have enough business to treat customers like this. I had been going to this destination for around 10 years now and will never go back. I also put an additional $50 deposit for another weekend 2 weeks after I made my first reservation. Now. I’m out $100 and still have a broken motor home. Owner, Jane was rude and said she was tired of hearing excuses and lies for cancelations. I work in the area of the resort and liked staying there when I worked on weekends. Never again?

We just came in for a night and only needed electric and the bathroom/shower house and this did the trick. Pros: getting a shower after being off the grid for a week. Clean spaces and well maintained grounds Cool playground that took me back to childhood Quiet! The owner was really friendly, not like some other guests had described Very pretty setting and close to Nisswa. Cons: rather expensive for what it was ($60 including tax) just to pull in, charge up, and sleep Pay showers. Really? $60 a night isn’t enough to give me five minutes of water usage? Especially when elsewhere in the park an absent resident’s water was spraying all over the place…

We have been coming to Fritz's for 3 years. It's a very quiet family friendly campground on a very clean lake Edna. The owners are so nice! My 8yr old loves talking to them while drinking rootbeer buying candy at the clubhouse. Highly recommend this campground!

After reading all the negative uncalled for rude experiences people have had at the hands of the owner Jane and her husband. The word dictator comes to mind. These owners are some of the most twisted rude people I have encountered. I recommend for sanity sake to stay far far away from this place so their inconsiderate ways don't tant your mode of operation. I came there to buy a camper from a seasonal person. I decided to stop by the office to ask about the deck (I was told) the office has to move in order for me to drive the camper away. Having already driven 2.5 hours I wanted to avoid a second round trip if possible. Why the camper owner didn't already have this done is a good question or why he neglectfully dropped this on me 40 minutes away but be it as it may. I came into the main building, the owner Jane was not friendly or understanding. She suggested I could not buy the trailer until her friend looked at it first. That's right, it's not her trailer or her who placed the sale ad but she tried to dictate the situation to suit her wants. I said it's a first come first serve sale...she said no, everyone should be able to see it then go from there. I don't know what planet this lady came from to assert this. My mind was blown when she went further to say "you can't go onto a car dealers lot and buy and drive off with the vehicle that day." I'm like that is exactly how that works. Lol. The owner lady Jane caggy and rudely insisted I stay at the office while she goes somewhere. I knew exactly her intention was to meet up with the seller and attempt to convince the seller to sell to her friend and not me. I followed her, we got to the seller, she yelled at me for following and proceeded to do exactly what I thought she was going to do. Very twisted, inconsiderate, manipulate woman and her husband who showed up is no better. She even went so far as to suggest 'I jumped the line' (in reference to showing times). Unreal. She will create any alternative world to bring about what she wants. I previously scheduled the showing with the sellers wife, even had a cashier's check made out to the seller at their request before my journey but according to Jane I jumped the line. Stay away from Fritz, they are not very decent people.
