Would stay there again. Only complaint is that all of the electric sites are basically right on the highway so you get a lot of noise from the trucks, but other than that it was awesome

We stayed at this Cmpgrd fir 1st time. We went to W YS and the campgrnd was nice and clean hosts were great. Its close to town. And airport. Didn't see any wildlife in park except ground squirrels that were cute to watch. We loved this campground and would definitly be back and recommend. We stayed in site 49 and just a short walk to the river. Has vault toliets and plenty of water spigets thru out the campgrd.

Really pretty campground. A little close to main road, but not bad at night. Paved roads with gravel sites that are fairly level. Pit toilets. Close to river for fishing. No showers or dump station. Close to West Yellowstone for easy park entry.

Taylor and Russel were on their first days as camp hosts, and they were great. As in GREAT. Kept everything clean, and were just all around nice people. They also helped us find an RV repair person on a Sunday when our RV sprung a propane leak in the regulator. Lost a star because it's so close to the highway, but it was a really nice stay

We stayed here for a few days to explore Yellowstone. This whole campground is pretty primitive. We had a tent campsite (no electric/water). It was exactly what we wanted and price was good. It was nice and quiet. No running showers/bathrooms. The bathrooms were outhouses with one toilet per outhouse, no sink, and smelled pretty bad by the end of the day (due to people not closing the toilet lid and the summer heat) but there was staff who regularly cleaned them. We saw a huge grizzly bear that walked up on us as we were cooking over the fire one evening, they have bear boxes on each campsite for food storage but BRING BEAR SPRAY if you stay here. You have been warned. Beautiful river right next the to campground to fish in, might be deep enough to swim. Overall, great experience. The folks who worked there were lovely. We'll be back and definitely recommend this campground.
