The park structures are old, worn, and systematically neglected, combined with a failure to enforce park rules regarding disruptive, constantly barking large dogs. Following the termination of the previous manager, Nilda, months ago, the park has been left entirely without an on-site manager or an authorized representative to address resident grievances and maintenance emergencies.

Tried booking here and was quoted $650/month OMG The amenities here are limited to none They have a pool that is never working and it's not even nice very minimal effort put into it.

Wonderful, quiet RV park with very accommodating manager, Donna, and her husband, Joe. Loved the warm, therapeutic pool. Park is clean and close to a bus stop to downtown Yuma. Felt right at home with all of the friendly people at the park. We highly recommend Garden Oasis Adult RV Park! Thanks again, Donna and Joe, for a lovely stay! Your Canadian friends, Donna-Marie and Moe.

I would go back anytime for the managers Donna and Joe! I was lucky enough to have them as my neighbors! Love them both! Btw Hilda I was at the resort 2 and 1/2 months and you never said Hi to me. It looks to me anything wrong about this resort starts right from the top including whatever was falling apart when I was there and which badly needed to be replaced or worked on. You should really be thankful to have Donna and Joe for doing a great job with what they have. P.s I really don't think that you are one of the owners, you misleading people by putting "owner". Not professional.
