Staying in site S02. Sewer smell is so bad it’s literally making me feel ill with nausea and head ache. The smell is inside my rv and all outside in the neighboring sites, so I can’t even step outside for fresh air. Looked online at the reviews for this place and found sewer smell complaints for this site specifically along with both sites next to me. Why do they continue to place their guests in these sites knowing this is an issues? This can literally make someone sick. Not a good weekend! Can not wait to get out of here in the morning!

Why go here when you can go to the local KOA? We came here for a short vacation to Gardens of the Gods and Red Rocks canyon, but was surprised when we got here and was literally catfished by the sites! I booked the sites based on which ones showed the best trees, but when I got here they sent us to a gravel pull through. Our RV was cooked from the hot sun all day and additionally almost all sites were unlevel. The best part is when the entire parks water went out at 8:00 at night the wasn’t turned back on until morning (clearly because they are so cheap they didn’t want to pay a overnight plumber) and I knew this because when my family members went to the bathroom at 5:00am and it wasn’t on yet. To add insult to injury, the “WiFi” was probably the worse I’ve ever seen! In fact the WiFi was so bad the once you connect, it will literally be stuck on the bottom circle, not even a full bar! And that’s if it even stays connected. The website was unreliable due to what site you’d likely get, “good” WiFi, level sites, and “nice” staff who lied about water being out for one hour even with about 100+ human witnesses that it clearly wasn’t! Don’t stay here just KOA it about 10 miles south not worth it for the location! Also putting plungers in every women’s toilet to prevent using it, Thanks!! The picture below is the “ deluxe pull through plus” which is just unlevel gravel

Very unrealistic on the price at $2500 for the month and you pay you're electricity on top. The area has been run down and trashed out by homeless people. It was very sad to see Colorado Springs go so far downhill. I'd not recommend this place at all. Now 20 years ago we brought our Coach Class A every year. It's no longer a safe area, nor attractive.

We almost didn’t stay here because of the lower rating. What a mistake that would have been! Nice campground. Quiet, nice laundry facilities, close to all the attractions that we’d planned to tour. Definitely better than the low rating that was posted. I’ll give it a 5 star!

We were so impressed. The bathrooms and showers were so clean. The park was clean. We went during Spring break and surprisingly it was not busy at all. We loved the location also. We will definitely stay here again and hopefully bring friends/family on the next trip. Also will say - if you want a very quiet stay this isnt for you. We could hear a small amount of noise from the road/traffic nearby, but also there is a bar with live music behind the park. They (bar) cut the music at a respectful time but if that is a major factor for your stay - it should be noted.
