Stay away. This long-term living park used to be ran by family, it was very comfortable then. Now, it is managed by Hope at Sundance Properties and she is AWFUL. Nonresponsive to tenants, not prompt in fixing major issues, holds rent checks for weeks without cashing them; anything she should be managing is not being managed. It impacts the lives of people who reside in the park, which seems to not matter to her when it is voiced as an issue. She is Hopeless, which is sad; no one is asking for anything major, just running water and sewage, and rent checks to be cashed in a timely manner. As beautiful as the spot is, it's ruined by poor management.
