Nice clean, quiet, and friendly park. Has full hookups with pulled through sites 50/30 amp and good water pressure. The owner is on site and has cameras set up. Pet friendly, but they ask that you pick up mess and keep pets leashed. The pool was closed for the season but looks well maintained. Right outside the military base gate. Definitely will stay again. Reasonable and fair. I was here for a week with no issues.

This place is monitored by camera's constantly which if security is something ur worried about this is the safest place because with the constant surveillance with the cameras, the management increases the safety by telling u when he thinks u have the wrong people around ur place & if this happens he will evict u.

This RV park is the best value for your money in this area.  At $350 a month you get sewer, water, electricity (up to 500kw, I only go over in the summer when I have to run the A/C), cable, and WI-FI (which is why I only gave 4 stars, it is hard to receive signal in the trailer but the management is always working to make it better).  It is pet and children friendly with a small jungle gym and pool for the summer time.  Dogs must be kept and walked on a leash but this no different from any other park I have ever stayed at.  Neighbors are friendly and management works very hard to keep riffraff out of the park (it is a combination RV/trailer park).  There is no bath house but full hooks up really take away purpose for those.  There is a small laundry facility but washers and dryers need updating.  Overall, I enjoy living here and will stay again when I return to the area.

Area is kept clean and the management is nice. However, they do not accommodate to families with dogs larger than a cat and it smells like marijuana at night. Internet is included if you can reach their router. Lot rent is $350 a month but no laundry area. This is my first time living in an RV so I have nothing to compare to. It's okay.
