I live here and I moved out recently but the experience here was so great! Most cone with a kitchen and living room it’s great here if you are Texan this is a great place to live!

The people are very friendly and the price for lot rent is very reasonable. 04-31-2021. After being here for 10 years, we moved the park has been sold and it is not the same park. It used to be a 55 and over, and it is not now. Save your money and go farther into the valley.

It's a nice place to live and very affordable for us, we live in a older model and own it. Built on a room for my son and no crazy rules to follow. MANAGEMENT IS GREAT, DIANE K. IS WONDERFUL, BUT SHE MEANS BUSINESS SO STAY ON HER GOOD SIDE & YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG. VERY PEACEFULL HERE AS WELL!! THANKS, Wendy Dyson

Bathroom/showers need some work..poor water pressure,we left early because of loud music being played into early morning,hats off to the cooks for their pancake supper it was a great meal,people were friendly,the rec was spacious,no internet service a problem if traveling through like we were.
