Best park to stay in Victoria, Texas. Clean restrooms and showers! Paul and Jackie managers are very nice 👍! Very well priced spots! Everyone who stays here is very nice, and they watch out for you 😊. It's more like a family than an RV park!!

Me and my wife stayed here for about 10 months while we were looking for a home to purchase. We had a great experience with Paul and the staff. Our lot was mowed weekly or as often as possible. Park is clean and well maintained. There is a pool and a dog park. Only thing is I would recommend having your own internet as the internet onsite can be a bit slow at times, but it’s free and works.

This place is very nice. Clean restrooms, people very friendly, well kept. Very quiet even though it's by the highway, you really can't hear it. You may hear a train in the distance but nothing like it in town. Jackie and Paul are very good managers, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly 😀.

Nice little park, very quiet people, you can hear the freeway but it didn't bother us because of the convenient location. We stopped for two nights, everyone was friendly, it was clean, staff was nice, and their is a pool for hot days. Only downside is the internet is lacking. Looks like their are poles for it around the park but they aren't being utilized, our Hotspot wasn't working so we tried the wifi and it was terrible. It could definitely be improved. We'll be back if we ever come back to this area!

Very nice park and managers nice, helpful and take good care of this park. Well kept and spacious concrete pads; decent pool, nice clubhouse, laundry etc.. Mgrs seem to take pride in their jobs and seem to care about those who stay here. I don’t think young children or grandchildren should be left to themselves.
