This park far exceeded my expectations. Owner & manager very friendly and helpful. The ability to send & receive mail was a huge plus. Conveniently located. Great water pressure. I would say the best park I’ve stayed in here in Louisiana.

I stayed a little over a year at this park. His prices are very reasonable and he just wanted to kindest man that I have met yet that owns a place like this. Very understanding , very cooperative it always there if something goes wrong. The only drawback to this place is there is not enough washers and dryers for the amount of people that come to this park and they could be bigger they're very small. And also change machines there are none and the dollar store will exchange bills for a roll of quarters I would highly recommend this place to anyone need a nice quiet place rent! for the weekend short-term or long-term stay. If you love the country, peace and quiet in friendly faces then this is the place for you.

We have two of our employees staying here and it was absolutely very easy to get them set up. The RV Park is never noisy, and all the other tenants are courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quiet and clean spot to park their campers.

My wife and I travel a lot and we're always looking for a good RV spot. David has two parks, one of which we had the pleasure of being a guest. It's nothing fancy but it's clean, well organized quiet and friendly. I definitely recommend it if you're going to be in the Lake Charles area.

My rv is one of 3 that survived both hurricanes here in 2020 of course I love the place! Not the prettiest park but good rate and has everything you need. Owner is awsome.

Stayed here for little over a year. Great experience! Has a clean shower house and laundry facility. Never had any complaints like other RV parks I’ve stayed at. The park is kept clean and quiet. Management is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this park.
