Stayed here a month and loved our stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We loved getting to wash our dogs in the dog bath, and the park is really pretty to walk around. Our only issue was pulling in and out of the park, the road is super bumpy, so beware, otherwise, we loved it!

Great little campground close to lots of things. Full hookups, easy access and great amenities—laundry, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park and dog wash station, and close to the Cushman Trail for walks, runs or bike rides. They have on site propane fills on par with the area, so it was quick and easy to do, just follow their signs for times and what to do. Loved our stay here while visiting the area!

We were thankful that manager Jenna was able to get us in last minute. This is the best park in the area. It is clean and quiet. There are no long-term live-ins, but we met several traveling nurses who were staying on contracts and they were great company. The location is close to Costco and other shopping. Laundromat here was great and well maintained. Highly recommend this park.

This is hands down the best park in the area by far. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A huge shoutout to manager Jenna, who worked some magic and got us in last minute for a long stay—we’re so grateful! The park itself is spotless and well-run. The laundry room is amazing (by far the nicest we’ve seen on the road), and the sites are level, which isn’t always the case in this area. The water even tastes great, which is a rare bonus for RV parks! We also really appreciated Ranger Dane, who helped guide us into our spot and made parking a breeze. The whole staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in this place. To top it off, the location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the charming waterfront downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and beautiful views. We will absolutely be back and recommend this park to anyone traveling through.

We stayed five weeks here and enjoyed ourselves. Really quiet location set amongst the pine trees. Only a 10 min walk into Gig Harbor township which is super cute and has some good places to eat and get a coffee. About 25 min up to the Southworth car ferry for a nice easy ferry ride across to Fauntleroy and the West Seattle area. I’m a bit surprised they label this one as a Sun Outdoors- it is more like a Sun Retreats. Lots of longer term residents and there are no resort facilities, so definitely not a great place for kids (although we did see some families with kids making their own fun which was nice!!) and sites are gravel and ours was not level. But we enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if back in the area.
