Amanda was so nice and made us feel so welcome! She's the best! So close to the Cascades. We had the best time in the cabin, felt like luxury and was impeccably clean. Free firewood, pinball machine, and streaming on the lodge TV where we watched Over the Garden Wall and had a whimsical time.

The sites were clean, little tight for our big camper, but felt more wooded and remote than some of the asphalt campgrounds. The wine is not good. The restaurant is still under repairs but there's other options close by. It loses one star as it could use a little tidy up on the website people know the restaurant is down but would camp here again.

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom chalet with bathroom and loved it! The chalet was very spacious and clean. It had a lot of privacy as it was tucked away in the trees. Felt rustic and very comfortable. Great location with close proximity to North Cascades National Park. The woman at the front office was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in a cabin for 3 nights, with 2 rooms and a bath. Had a good kitchen set up as well. No Ac but they had fans in the rooms and it was shaded enough to where it was comfortable. The walk down to the river across the road was an awesome added experience. We stayed here to visit the north cascades national parks and it was perfect distance for what we wanted to accomplish. Great views and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glacier Peak RV Park. The forest RV sites are not on top of each other - we had plenty of space and distance from other campsites. The laundry room was always clean, $1.50 to was and$1.00 to dry. There are only two bathrooms for the entire resort, so sometimes you have to wait. But each bathroom is gender neutral and you get the whole thing to yourself - shower, toilet, sink. Bathrooms were also clean. The game room was mediocre but that wasn’t a big deal for us. My favorite part was walking our dogs along the river trail across the street where they have the tent campsites. If I was a tent camper this would be an idyllic spot! They are right along the river, in the forest. We also really enjoyed the little farm stand across the street. We had cookies, muffins, sourdough bread, salsa, and pickled jalapeños. Fresh and reasonably priced. If coming to North Cascades National Park again, I would definitely stay here again next time.

Reserved to visit some family up there for Thanksgiving 2021. With all the flooding up around the area my family's property is under water, so we had to cancel plans to visit. Called today 11/19 to cancel reservations and was told I have to pay full price.... Are you kidding me!? "Flooding hasn't affected us, sorry" is all they could say. Natural disasters can't be controlled, still no courtesy. My family visits the area all the time, year round. You've lost customers for life. I will be spreading the word, never visit Glacier Peak Resort, they will not take care of you. They don't care, they just want your money, natural disasters be damned.

This resort is super flexible for the last minute camper. We were camping off season and were having trouble finding a campground that was still open for the season. The location is super close to North Cascades National Park so was perfect for our itinerary. They have decent showers and bathrooms and also provide laundry!

It is of my opinion that the negative reviews of this place are absolutely ridiculous. If people did their research it’s very easy to get a feel of the place from the pictures and descriptions online. It’s very common for the area. For what some people are looking for you will be paying much more like around $300 and up a night. We thought this place was great! We loved coming in the fall, absolutely beautiful. Fishing right across the street. Great hiking. The cabins were cute, tasteful, clean, warm and have everything you need. Staff was nice. The food we ordered was good. Absolutely no problems. We will return and stay longer!

I have been going there for years. My wife and I got married there. It’s a hidden Gem and always get treated with respect while we stay. Anyone that complains about this place is just a Karen.

I stayed here last weekend on the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience under previous ownership. I guess things have changed. The cabins themselves are quite nice (although the property as a whole is rather odd and more of an RV park than a secluded retreat), but I don't have any intention of going back after the service I received. I called about making a reservation for two nights but was greeted with an automated response telling me to send an email to check for availability. I did so and shortly thereafter received an email telling me there was a cabin available for the two nights I wanted. The email requested that I send my credit card information to make a reservation. Since that's not something I'm comfortable doing over email, I asked if I could call and was told that I could. I did so immediately, provided all the necessary info and booked for what I thought was two nights (as indicated by the email and as my girlfriend confirms I said clearly while on the phone). When I show up, however, I'm informed that I only booked for one night and that no other cabins are available for the following night. When I express my disbelief, the person at the counter simply tried to move past that point in the conversation as if it didn't matter, give me my keys, and usher me on to my room. There was no attempt to provide a solution, no apology, not even an acknowledgment that a mistake might have been made. In fact, the person seemed almost inconvenienced by the fact that I was even there. Luckily, I called the Totem Trail Motel down the road, and was greeted with the kindest and most helpful service from a hotel attendant I've ever received, who also had a room available, meaning that I did not have to abruptly cut short my stay in the North Cascades. While the rooms at Totem Trail might not have the cute cabin feel of Glacier Peak, they were clean and functional, worked perfectly for a night of sleep after a long day of hiking, and were a good deal more affordable. Given the far superior service I received there, I have no intention of going back to Glacier Peak, at least not under current ownership.
