I've only experienced the gas station & gaming area. They offer on going promotions that keep it interesting. Gaming isn't too greedy, ive experienced an occasional win. Staff has always been pleasant, and eager to tell you the promotions & specials. During my last visit I did notice the gas attendant was very busy and a little overwhelmed. She politely mentioned being short staffed and working extra long hours. I hope the company will take necessary steps to obtain sufficient staffing. In my opinion, Its unethical to over work people due to company incompetence. The cashier was hardworking and kind; those type of employees should be valued, not taken for granted!

Very nice and well maintained RV Park. Short drive to Boomtown and Cabela's; a little further is Walmart and somewhat dead Downtown Reno. Over-sized sites, pull thru, back in and a few pull forward, some with unobstructed view of the trees and mountainside. There is a pool and one building with showers, bathroom and laundry located at office at entrance to park. Gold Ranch Casino, Sinclair gas station and convenience store, and Jack in the Box all in the same property. The casino has Sierra Cafe which has a very good breakfast (20% off coupon from RV park), we did not have dinner. Also a BOGO coupon for ice cream or coffee. The ice cream was really good and was a very generous serving for $4 and change. We enjoy staying here; our only frown is because they run the sprinklers every morning with hard water. Other than that, we recommend this park to fellow RVers.

We love this RV park! It’s in a beautiful location with hiking right from the park. It’s nuzzled up in the mountains and when snow falls on top of the mountains it’s one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. We stayed here a few times for long term stays and we are very happy with this park. The staff are all very friendly and make it a great experience. It’s also in a great location next to the Casino, which has a restaurant inside and a little convenient store. The winter pricing for monthly stays is definitely reasonable for the area, but summer pricing can be a bit much. We will definitely be back here.

We arrived later than expected, but had received a call prior to office closing just to check up on us👍 We were given codes for everything in the campground and wished happy travels. Our site was placed with friends from our group, that was really nice, instead of being spread out. Plenty of parking, big spaces, with nice grass and lots of trees! Just out of the city, so it was quiet, and our pets were welcome. There is food nearby, gas and a small casino, all very clean, and easily accessible.

This is a great park for larger rigs. It is spacious and easy to manuver. The spots near the main building/pool have great shade. The trees on that side are also more mature. On the other side of the park the tree are younger and dont provide as much shade. There is a trail off the back of the park behind the water tower that is pretty. The grass at the sites is nice and thick. If you book a corner spot they have lots of extra space. Sprinklers do come on in the morning but are close to the ground (move your chairs). The staff is friendly and does a great job of maintaining the park. I did not use the pool, casino or coupons for food/beverage. I also never saw a dog park but never had a problem getting her exercise. My only negatives are because it is right off the interstate it is noisy particularly in the morning. I wore earplugs and had no issue. Also the air can be heavy with exhaust at times.
