Beautiful campground with a clean, well-maintained property and very friendly, helpful staff. Amenities include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and dock access with lovely lake views. The location is was great for us. about 10 minutes from Trees of Mystery and close to several great ocean and redwood hikes. We also appreciated their web-based information portal, which made it easy to access campground details. The only minor drawback was that the hookups for back-in sites are on the opposite side of the RV. This was noted on their website, and I simply overlooked it. Thankfully, the staff provided an extra-long sewer connection, which was a huge help. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Just bring longer hookup connections or check with the owners in advance if you have a back-in site. Highly recommended!

Very nice little RV park in a beautiful spot on the river, convenient to both north and south parts of Redwood NP. Bathrooms were clean with nice hot unmetered showers. Lisa in the office was pleasant and helpful.

We had the most wonderful experience with this RV Park, not only is it located right on the river but the paved spaces made all the difference. Lisa was amazing to work with, gave excellent information about eating and the redwoods. This will be somewhere we stay again in the future. Thanks Golden Bear RV for a wonderful time

Friendly substitute host jimmy. Large rv sites w easy hookups. Bathroom fixtures looked brand new, extremely clean and well maintained. Good quality soap & toilet paper. Strong internet. Right on the 101 so definitely hear trucks but we knew that when choosing it. Perfect for a couple nights including unhitching and leaving trailer for the day without worry.
