My brother and his wife have been staying here winter time for a couple of years. The 5 days I stayed with them I found the facilities very nice and clean, the manager is very skilled and friendly. The location was ideal for my travels and sightseeing as well as a beautiful spot on the river next to the ocean. The price is more than right. Of course this RV spot is booked every summer.

We arrived late in our 40' motorhome, towing a 20' car trailer. The assigned site, with a picturesque view of the river was not long enough to fit the car trailer. We were delighted when the park manager, Lisa, came out after hours to greet us & tell us where to park the trailer. Even being off-season and experiencing lots of rain, we had a great time! Would definitely recommend Golden Bear RV for visiting The Redwoods.

Good location on the Klamath river and close to the Redwoods. All sites have a view of the river, although the sites right on the river's edge can be spectacular when you have a large window. Utilities worked well. Wifi also worked well although it went down briefly twice during my stay. Sites are a bit tight and especially turning into the sites. I have a 33' class A and couldn't manage without rolling over edges of the grass. A small but nice rec room offered some DVDs to check out plus I took a jigsaw puzzle to enjoy. Probably the best part is this: Most RV parks seem to have a large population of permanent residents, sometimes with rundown rigs. This park did not have any such long term residents...and it was really refreshing.

What’s not to like? Clean sites with gorgeous view. Great free Wi-Fi signals (which is actually rare to come by in so many other camp sites). Full hook-up with good water pressure. Wonderful host. Close to beaches and attractions. Thank you for the great experience.

RV park right on the river, Basic grassy parking lot.. mostly seems good for fishing with marine boat dock.. No beach rock shore, just grass drop off. Has picnic table and Small patch of grass between each spot, no fire pits. Small spaces packed in tight- but do-able, no trees or bushes dividing spaces.. a bit noisy, since right on the edge of Hwy. Only plus was it had a large clubhouse with tables and free wifi, And RV hook ups. đź‘Ś

This place has sites right on the river for $55, otherwise its $45. Camp host was awesome and pretty quiet at night even though next to the road. Full hook ups! No cable but wifi works! Would stay again.
