I do not recommend Golden Pond RV Resort at all. The owner Joe , an older man, is extremely rude and disrespectful. My family and I felt very uncomfortable during our stay, especially at the pool, where he constantly stared at us like we didn’t belong there. It was creepy and completely unwelcoming. On top of that, when we tried to ask a simple question about the amenities, he responded with attitude and dismissiveness, making us feel like we were bothering him. The place itself looks okay at first glance, but the environment is toxic because of the owner’s behavior. We also noticed that other guests seemed tense and avoided interacting with him, which made the whole experience awkward. Honestly, it ruined what should have been a relaxing family trip. We will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this resort.

Golden Pond RV Resort is one of the best looking RV Resorts out there. The Scenery surrounding the park from the Ponds to the landscape is awesome. Everyone is friendly and welcoming inside of the Resort even if you are visiting someone. The staff in the office is really friendly and nice. If you are looking for a Resort longtime I highly suggest it.

Stayed here for 5 weeks recently. Booked on short notice so took onr of last available spots on a concrete pad in a newly developed section (work in progress) 50 amp was great. Clean facilities. Nice place. Laundry facilities and washrooms were clean. Friendly and accommodating front office staff and park owners. Parks have rules and like that they're being enforced. I even got called out for going over park speed limit - I dont mind because there are kids and it keeps down the dust ;) So when some people don't follow the pool rules its not racism of any sort, so don't go posting such a defamatory remark as we've seen recently. Draw your own conclusions folks from reading all the other reviews.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS – RACIST AND RUDE OWNER! I have never felt more unwelcome or disrespected at any place I've stayed. The owner of this RV resort was not only incredibly rude but openly racist and discriminatory. We were targeted for no reason because of our skin color and the way we looked. The owner, JOE kept stalking us the whole time while we were in the swimming pool without any reason. He made inappropriate and offensive comments, treated us like we didn’t belong, and spoke to us with a tone that was clearly meant to intimidate and belittle. This is not a safe or welcoming environment for anyone who isn’t white—plain and simple. If you value respect, inclusion, and human decency, stay far away from this place. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should have no place in business or hospitality. I’m deeply disappointed that places like this still exist. Absolutely disgusting.
