We were checking out possible long-term parking possibilities. The park is very nice.

The residents are awesome !! But I would not recommend it !! Why? The management is very bias!! And I personally believe resentful .. she is never friendly or kind! The club house is locked most of the time. The washing machines never work .. if there is an issue like lost money good luck because they use a vendor and not telling when you’re gonna get your refund. Stay away from this place.

The spaces are very tight to get into. Almost couldn't park the truck on the site because of the neighbors slide outs. The lady that checked us in had a heavy accent and seemed irritated that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself so I could understand her. Amenities are good. Best pool I have been to at a thousand trails. Laundry and bathrooms were keep clean and in good shape. Close to a lot of sights in and around Mesa.

The lady that checked us in was quite irritated that I could not understand her with her heavy accent. The spaces are very tight and difficult to back a trailer into. They want the trailers right up against the concrete slab. We were barely able to park the truck in our site due to the neighbors slide outs. The bathrooms were nice and always clean. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing.

We have visited many Thousand Trails/Encore parks and are accustomed to the welcoming feeling we get at most resorts and friendly culture amongst residents but sadly I can’t say this for here. In the ten days we stayed we didn’t encounter hardly anyone who wanted to even say hi back or engage in small talk. From the start the staff didn’t seem to be happy we were there so immediately we did not feel welcome. Upon check-in I was told that if I wanted to take my dogs to the park (which was on the other end of the park) I would have to carry my dogs because they don’t want dogs doing their business in the park. The only other place to walk your dog is the busy street outside the park. In the mornings when I wanted to use the bathroom there were 3 different times I was told they were closed for cleaning even though the signage said it t was supposed to be closed from 6-6:30am but each time it was earlier or later than that. The most disturbing part of my stay was showering at the facility one day a woman seemed to be peeking into my stall while I was showering and getting dressed. She was older so I thought perhaps she had dementia but it didn’t help the negative vibe I was already feeling. The park itself is difficult to navigate a small trailer so I wouldn’t recommend anything big. The spot they put us in was not ideal for backing in a travel trailer even though it would have been simple enough for staff to block out the parking spots in front of the site that the cars were parked in that made getting into our spot a major hassle. Even though the park was pretty clean and the pool and hot tub were nice, we definitely won’t be thinking of here for future stays.
