Wonderful park to live in! I have been here for 6 months and it has been a great experience. The owner encouraged me to take a picture of my electric meter upon arrival to make sure we both showed the same starting meter read for my stay. Each month she sends a picture of the current meter reading along with the method used to reach the calculation for the bill. A previous park I lived in for a short time made me skeptical of how my stay would be and I have been pleasantly surprised by the hospitality that I recieved.

Very nice and accommodating. The park is small and tucked away from the main part of town, but is easily accessible. It is a good location for mountain bike team riders who need to be close to the course.

This is the BEST RV Park - Ever! Terry went out of her way to make myself and the other RVr’s comfortable! She is very personable and goes above and beyond to make my stay the best I’ve ever had! Gonce’s boasts great laundry facilities, easy access to utilities, fast access to highway 62, very reasonable rates, and to top it off the areas are kept meticulously pristine! A must stay at place if you are headed to Mountain Home, Arkansas! Thank you Terry and I am looking forward to staying with you again when we return to Arkansas! Here are your 6 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been here since the beginning of February, and I love it here. Rent is very affordable and so is the electric. It's quiet and very clean. The washers and dryers are great. The owners are very nice and if you need something and if they have it they will loan it to you. The gift and decor shop is awesome. I bought a statue of a soldier from them. They truly honor all vets. You have full hookups. I am very happy here.

My fiancé and I loved staying here. Terry was more than hospitable towards us and always made sure we had whatever we needed. She was so easy to work with and easily the best landlord either of us has ever had. When we had to move out with short notice to take care of some family business she was very understanding. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to stay!

I stayed at Gonce's RV Park for almost two months while looking for a home in Baxter County. I could not have asked for anything nicer or cleaner. Gonce's RV Park is absolutely the best place to stay inside Mountain Home, AR. It is quiet and convenient to everything. Only 15 minutes to Norfork, Lake and the White River. Terry Gonce is great to work with and she works hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable.

This is the best park we've ever stayed at! Pet and family friendly. We travel for work and this job has lasted a couple months and we've been here the whole time and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The owners (Dick & Terry) are so kind and caring. Really turning it into a family environment. The park is always clean, they make sure everyone can get wifi, on site laundry (3 washers and dryers, an actual laundry room), there is grass for the dogs, and the showers and bathrooms are immaculately kept. And the location couldn't be better if you're looking to be in town and close to everything. I really can't say enough good things about this place and people. For as cheap as it is the service and facilities are unrivaled.
