Janiese saved the day! Due to wind and a no fire day, we had no way to cook the foodnwe have brought with us.It was my daughters 11th birthday trip, we were pretty bummed out, Bit she brought us a little stove and propane to use! She literally saved the day with her kindness! Place is clean, wonderful store, pool with hottub and lots of bathrooms and showers!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind from the moment we arrived. We stayed in one of the RV sites, and everything was very well maintained. The bathrooms were a little dated, but honestly, it did not matter at all because they were spotless and clearly well cared for. The convenience store had a great selection of gifts, souvenirs, and camping necessities. Plus propane if you need to fill up before you go! They also had a nice pet area and pretty much anything you would need whether you are staying for one night or a longer camping trip. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Nice two night camp here at Koa South rim 5 miles north of Williams. Solid amenities pool hot tub laundry tea water electricity lights ping pong. Private cabins bungalows tent RV sites dump station water Wi-Fi (12mbps) fire pits. Bring own wood or buy bundles. Chevron gas station 200 yards away. Minimal road noise. Not many pines but decent shade. No wood to gather. Would return.

Very nice campground... Super friendly staff. Right on the main road to the Grand Canyon...it doesn't get any easier. Because of that, there is some traffic noise during the day, but not overwhelming. Roads in the campground are easily navigated; gravel roads and cinder in the campsites. Showers are actually bathroom suites: larger than average showers and very clean and modern. The store is very well stocked...don't tell the owner I told you this, but the prices are very reasonable...The pool was not open for the season yet, still a little chilly at this altitude. I fyour going to visit the Grand canyon, I highly recommend this campground.

Smaller koa campground. Cabins very nice. Cute, clean dog park/s. Simple, dirt sites (with some weeds- be prepared for thorns! Wear shoes...watch you fur loves :-/) Large gas station and convenience store across the street. Better pricing as you go toward Williams just a few miles down the road. Stay was comfortable and met our needs for a short term, trip to grand canyon. Would not do extended stay. Expect very poor to No cell and internet service.

THE WORST KOA we have ever stayed at. We got a tent site (very overpriced I feel they gouged due to government shut down other parks not open) The tent sites very small unable to park at our site had park across way not huge deal not what we use to at other KOA 's, only 3 tent ppl they put us near each other 1 tent site 2 down from us started fighting like 4am we did not get much sleep. So we canceled 2nd night. We were almost all loaded Employee Linda came out very nasty telling us check out was 11 and it is 11:15 (my husband was putting last 3 bags in truck.) Very nice man came over said we can take as much time as we liked not to worry and that it is not her job to come tell us we have to leave. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. 2e stay at KOA 's all over country, have done cabins here few times ckearly staff has changed over the years. We were hust at Williams KOA last weekend (our preferred place) The staff is so great there maybe this KOA can take training from that one or at least Linda needs to.

We were headed to the Grand Canyon and looked in the KOA book. No reservation, just pulled in. Everyone so helpful and friendly. Great site. The bathrooms and showers were fantastic! Plenty of room to walk, dog friendly. Lots of things to look at in the store. Here is the best part, when we left we did not have our credit card. No one had turned it in but everyone said they would look around and call us if they found it. Sure enough, we got a call and they found it in the store. We were coming back anyway so stopped and they had it right there for us. Another great site. Got propane too and all was perfect. This is a great stop! Closest to the Grand Canyon too! We were very pleased with our stay !

Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Bathrooms cleaned daily, but floors always wet and muddy from guests/pool traffic. Our campsite was full of sand spurs that no one warned us about. Don't schedule for more days than you know you'll actually stay. They do not refund unused days.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Location is excellent if traveling up to the Grand Canyon. The campground is well organized and the staff is friendly. The pool and hot tub were excellent. You could tell that staff took time and great care to make sure the pool was clean and easy to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and our kids enjoyed playing ga-ga ball and biking around the campground.

Stayed here one night in June. Had an excellent first impression, the staff member was working hard and allowed us to unhitch and leave our rig in the overflow parking so we could head out and explore the national park. The pool was a good size with a nice hot tub which we enjoyed. The store had a good variety of products and a coffee shop. When checking out and using the dump station we had an unpleasant encounter with a second member of staff which was unfortunate.

Linda was great, seemed like she genuinely cared about serving customers. Was able to immediately extend my stay one extra day (camping). Nice facility had everything in the store for camping. Close to the Hwy 40, an hour away from Grand Canyon Watchtower. Highly recommend.

Sites are close together but very clean. Nice restrooms/showers. They have a laundry room but I didn't use it. Great onsite food truck!! Nice dog play areas. Close to the train trip to the Grand Canyon!! Wonderful stay!!

Good views, everyone including staff and fellow campers were nice. Very close to everything you would like to see in the grand canyon area. Please be aware, if you have pets there are little death pieces of cactus needles all over the park. They are very sharp and everywhere. Wipe your shoes before returning to your RV as well. It really sucked for us and our pups.

We stayed for 2 days had a very nice stay. The park was well maintained. Nice wide spaces. Even had a vender bring in Hawaiian BBQ. 2 dog parks, 1 was pretty large, with agility props. The small dog park had lots of goat head stickers in it. Went to see the grand canyon, not to bad of a drive from the RV park.
