After a long couple of days the Grand Codroy Rv/Tent Camping Park was the ahh I needed! Ahh, I have arrived and can now relax. The reception was very friendly, we received a wealth of information of sites to see with a map, as well as the inspiring history of the Park. The campsites were nicely spaced out, the amenities were clean and well maintained and the crafts in the craft shop were very reasonably priced. Overall one of the best campgrounds I have stayed at.

Spent our first 2 & last 3 nights here on our recent trip. Had a perfect site on the river, showers spotless & grounds well manicured. Jason is a wealth of information & we saw things we would have missed without the newsletter his mom provides for all the guests. Even got to burn some of the free firewood the last 2 nights!

This campground is one of the prettiest that we’ve been to. It is manicured and well maintained. The owners/staff are incredible nice and very helpful. The property has sun, shade, grassy lawns and trails! There are sites for all types of campers. The sites are all level. The proximity to the NS Ferry boosts this to a premium campground. We highly recommend this campground to anyone who wants excellence.

Lovely campground; likely one of our top 5 favorites of our month long trip around the Newfoundland. Check in was smooth and we were greeted so politely. The grounds are a sight to behold. Huge well spread out sites, nicely mowed green grass, scattered trees and bushes, views of the water from many sites, a nice little walking trail, fun gift shop/office, and clean comfort stations. What’s not to love? Also the water to fill our tank was crystal clear and clean from their artisanal well. We hiked nearby up a very very steep trail (Ridge trail??) that’s highly recommended, but was pretty rustic. Fantastic 360 degree views and so worth the work to get up there. Made our stay just that much better to find that hike!

This was honestly the best RV park we’ve ever stayed at. Our campsite was surrounded by trees, so it felt really private and peaceful. The staff were super friendly, and the showers, toilets, and laundry were all really clean. There was a short little trail that felt like a mini maze – it was perfect for a quick walk in the morning. The jam we bought from the gift shop was amazing, and I totally regret not buying more. Thanks to the staff’s helpful advice, we were able to start our Newfoundland trip feeling relaxed and ready. We definitely want to stay longer next time.
