Great spot! The playground, pool and splash pad are a great touch. Grand beach is only 5 minute drive away. All the people are super friendly. The kids there are really inclusive, my 6 year old Son didn't have a problem finding someone to play with. The little soccer field was a big hit. It's super clean and organized. Jen and her staff made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for many more visits. Worth the travel from Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Absolutely spectacular customer service. We needed some TLC to make our site family friendly and accessible We purchased the materials and Ed spent an entire day at our site, leveling and putting down grey slag. It was all completed 24 hours after my initial meeting with Ed. Now THATS how you do it right. If you're looking for that perfect place to call your home away from home, I strongly recommend Grand Palms RV Resort in Grand Marais Manitoba Jen, Ed and the entire Grand Palms team will make sure you find the right spot.

The facilities are great and so many things to do; Weekly events with the community, hiking, RC Track, event center with pool table, dart board and library, and just past the gates Grand Beach. We have just finished our third season at Grand Palms and couldn’t be more pleased about the direction the resort is heading. I have to admit the first two years were very rough, the previous management were absolutely horrible with an adversarial attitude towards customer service causing a very negative vibe throughout the entire resort. At the start of the 2024 season new management has taken over and there has been a total change for the better. They are listening to camper concerns and are going over and above to improve the resort facilities and ambiance. Jenn has announced she is returning in 2025 which is fantastic news and we are sure things will only continue to improve. Any concern brought forward is being handled promptly and communication between management and customers is excellent. Even the ambiance between campers is dramatically improved and we finally have an elected campers association. If you’re looking for a seasonal site you should definitely check it out. The location is excellent, less than an hour from the city, just outside the East Gate and there are lots of beaches and ATV trails nearby. The resort has a small pool, spray pad (yes it’s fixed and worked the entire 2024 season), basketball court, and more. They are hosting events such as bingos, kids activities, and live bands on long weekends. We are looking forward to the 2025 season!

Well so far, so good! We are first year seasonal site campers and are enjoying it very much. We were very hesitant at first to try a seasonal site, partly because of the cost, as well as some negative reviews and being so close to other sites. We always booked in different places that we were familiar with and really enjoyed the variety, however we have been pleasantly surprised by Grand Palms and the staff & management have been amazing! All of our requests have been handled promptly & professionally and we have met some awesome neighbors and new friends here. There really is a sense of community here and people genuinely care about eachother and will help with just about anything. We love the area, Grand Beach is so close and there is so much to do in this area, from ATV'ing to fishing, berry & mushroom picking, concerts & bingo! No shortage of fun around here! We also love our site, as do many other campers here, which is very evident by looking around at how people have set up and maintain their sites, so nice to see.

We moved in here in August and love the community feeling. Helpful neighbours offer great suggestions to enhance our seasonal experience. Great management team who are very supportive and quick to offer help if needed. We have enjoyed the pool (so did the grandkids) and of course the close proximity to beautiful Grand Beach. The only thing negative is the noisy quads on the weekends.

This is our third season at grand palms and very fortunate to have this “home away from home” during the summer. Ive had several friends enjoy stays at the overnight spots as well. Although some of the amenities are still being developed and worked on, Pauline and the grand palms team have done a fantastic job creating an awesome community here.

We love Grand Palms! This is our first year as seasonal campers and we could not recommend it enough. It is a wonderful community and Pauline and Helmut have done an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Their hard work has not gone unnoticed.

The staff at Grand Palms has been amazing. Always willing to help you with whatever your needs. The resort is more of a family atmosphere. You need help and people are willing to help. Yes, the speed limit is 15 km. and it is enforced. It is that for a reason. There are so many young children it is for their safety. Loving being part of this community. I was hesitant at first but am so glad we made the choice to get a site. Way to go Grand Palms & all the staff that work so hard.

Proud to be a member of this community! We were one of the first residents and each year it gets better and better. What a clean and safe space for families. The additions of the pool, splash pad, playground, basketball court and store have been wonderful. Our favourite part of the summer is the extra events such as concerts, fireworks, Christmas in July and Halloween in September. It's a great place to call our second home.
