Clean, nice, quiet, and family oriented also has public showers so you can reserve your water and is pet friendly. You can rent a golf cart to ride around, there is a pool with a slide and if it's really hot you've got big rivers Waterpark directly across the street from the RV Park!! 😀

**A True Home Away from Home** I've had the pleasure of living at this RV resort for over five years, and I can wholeheartedly say it's been an incredible experience. From the well-maintained facilities to the peaceful atmosphere, everything here exudes quality and care. The management and staff go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued, always responding promptly and professionally to any needs. The community here is warm and friendly, making it feel like more than just a place to stay—it's a true home. Whether it's the pristine grounds, convenient amenities, or the sense of safety and tranquility, this resort has consistently exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a place where you can truly relax and feel at ease, I can't recommend this RV resort enough. It's not just a temporary stop; it's a place where lasting memories are made.

🌲 Grand Texas RV Resort Very full park. LOTS of full time residents, I think I’d bet that only a handful of full of campers were actually “visitors” there’s a school bus for the kids if that says anything 🤣 I guess this is what families are doing these days. It’s not bad though. Most of the sites are well kept and don’t look trashy. The laundry room was super convenient and clean as well as the public restroom. I’m sure in the summer the pool area is filled with kids it looks really nice too. Lots of walking areas, there’s a dog park in the back corner, from where we were it was a nice little walk 🤣 Several doggie bag trashcans and they were clean and not smelly! Yay. A walk around the perimeter of the paved road around the park is approximately 1/2 mile. The waterpark is across the street and I assume this is where people would want to stay if they are planning a weekend at the park. Book early, I think this place would fill up fast in the summer. Management rides around on the golf cart throughout the day which is nice. We never came across any people here who were rude, there’s lots of dogs but it seems everyone is responsible pet owners and cleans up after them. We would definitely choose to stay here again if life brings us back this way 🤩

After Hurricane Harvey flooded our home in 2017 and Imelda in 2018 this was our home for a couple of years while we regrouped, rebuilt and sold. The grounds were clean and the park was quiet. It was perfect for our needs.
