This is a cool little RV resort tucked up against the foothills 5 miles east of La Grande. The resort has two pools that are heated from the geothermal springs in the area, the large pool is at about 98 degrees and the smaller one is about 103 degrees. They have plenty of RV spots, two yurts you can rent with private tubs, tent sites and grounds for your fur babies. The resort is clean and well kept

Excellent stay in yurt #1! We LOVED everything about it! The floors, bed, and décor were beautiful and comfortable. Every little touch was well thought out. Perfect balance of amenities and simplicity. The Airbnb listing did an excellent job preparing us for the possibility it would be windy and noisy in the yurt. We didn't mind it one bit and thought it added to the experience. The patio area and tubs were PERFECT. One thing that really stood out was cleanliness. The bathrooms and yurt were impressively clean! We will definitely be back, and would stay in our RV, tent, or any of the lodging options. We also stayed in room 209 next door at The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs (same owners). These guys are clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. Their hard work and dedication is appreciated! Hands down one of the most relaxing anniversary trips we’ve ever taken.

Super cute sites. When we pulled in, we saw deer in one of the sites. The sites are lit at night so you can see what you’re doing. We were only here overnight but check in was easy and the office contacted us prior to our arrival to double check we were coming and they gave us better directions to get to the campsite.

The new owners (Mike and Tamarah) to this place (and Hot Lake Lodge) have taste and class. They renovated these places with nothing cheaply made/done; everything is clean, well-built/made and comfortable. I have been to many hot springs, and the orderliness/cleanliness and upkeep of this place is second to none. Nothing is falling apart/broken/in need of repair. You can tell they have a passion for hot springs and take pride in their ownership of this place. Soooo quiet and peaceful. I can’t say enough good things about Grande Hot Springs Resort. Besides all that, Mike and Tamarah have kept rates reasonable for the times, despite all the upgrades and well-kept maintenance. You won’t regret booking one of the two yurts; yurt #1 has one queen bed, a small couch, a mini fridge (which comes with a couple bottled waters), A/C, heat, electric outlets and best of all, a private enclosed deck with two claw-foot bathtubs that have hot spring water piped to them (for hot water) and geothermal well water (for cooler water). There is also a hose/pump handle of water on the patio with potable, ice cold water. There is a propane fire pit which gives the place wonderful ambience, plus a string of bulb lights which furthers the ambience. Love, love, love this place!!!!

This place is pretty freaking amazing! Just happened to find it on a whim when we were looking for hot springs on our way through to the Oregon coast. If you stay in the tiny house at the RV park which where we stayed, you get to soak in the springs at the lodge. I would highly recommend it. If you're traveling with kids under the age of 12 though make sure that you understand all the restrictions. This place is under construction but the owners are doing a great job at restoring everything while still making it functional for guests. The tiny home was awesome, super modern and had all the amenities. My kids slept in the pullout couch and said it was great and comfortable. The only thing I think it could have is a full-length mirror and a few more hooks to hang towels and such. Other than that it was seriously brilliant!
