If you enjoy being close to your neighbors and staying awake half the night, this place is for you. We have a loud noise machine, however the road noise was still terrible. Sad because the park is clean.

Super nice people. Very quiet. Bathrooms/showers are clean and nice. There is highway noise, but they can't control that. All gravel and concrete. A lot of rules. It's more of an RV park than a campsite since they don't allow fires and there are no trees. This place isn't for Loudmouths, lol. It's very quiet.

This is my 24th rv park to stay at for the last 6 months. This a wonderful park. It is all gravel which keeps everything clean and very pretty landscaping. The price is excellent. I can't figure out why people have complaints on this park. You just can't please everyone. All campgrounds have strict rules unless it is a dump. I definitely will give this park a 5 star. Very kind people that run this place. By the way, the lots are a very nice size. No complaints here.

Since my voltage regulator indicated power was OK, called a tech to figure out why converter wasn't working. After an hour he diagnosed defective power at the pedestal. Attnedant was friendly enough until I asked for some type of credit to help with the $140 service charge but he refused saying "we could have moved you to a different site". Yea, but only after tech determined pedestal was bad even though Bull Dog indicated OK. He could at least have credited the $48 one night fee. But then you look around the park and see that this place is not about customers. Maybe it was when Grandma was live, but no longer. Everywhere are signs "you do this, we'll tow your vehicle and you'll get no refund". Look at the Google photos, these sign are everywhere. Seriously. No Smoking. Dry off inside shower; don't get floor wet. Limit 2 guests, and pay $2 each. Guests can't use bathrooms. No skateboards or bicycles. Pets only allowed in RV or dog walk. And every rule backed up with "we'll tow your vehicle and you get no refund". And your shower can't be more than 3 minutes or the lights go off. There's no room at the bathroom sink to set your stuff. Sites were very crowded, jammed together. Site was way out of level front to back. Obviously not staying here again. Hope this review helps others make the decision to find another park.

For an emergency overnight stay where you can't find another campground, this would be your place..unless you are a pet owner. Rules on dogs is a little absurd considering you can't walk your dog on property and have to take them across the road. Of course this place is all rock and concrete so dogs don't want to walk here anyway. Seems odd to me that you are told to walk your dogs across the street, on county ditch property I might add because it's not on anyone's actual property, and then threatened that if you don't pick up the poop you will be immediately evicted. Hey, I want poop picked up too but the threat of eviction when it's not on your property? Bizarre. Sites are very close, we were in a Class A and had two class As on both sides and was afraid our slides or awnings would touch!! Again, for an emergency one or two nights stay, this definitely works. Not for kids, no amenities except a laundry room.
