We had an extremely weird experience at Columbia Point Resort. Or I should say Non Stay. Not sure what happened but when we showed up to check in twice there was no one in the office, there was no response from the phone number posted on the office door and we were unable to check in to our room. We ended up having to book with a different establishment. Not sure what happened but it was a not so great experience.

We were in trouble, Mr. B is the man! His professional approach and excellent customer reading skills were implemented with precision. It is hunting season and my wife was having a situation and far from home without me. This man took charge and care of us like family, taking care of our booking like the experienced expert he is, thank you so very much indeed. She was very pleased with the extremely comfy beds and very well kept grounds. He made checking in very simplistic and user friendly, avoiding unnecessary complications that arise at many of the other places we have stayed. When a minor detail snuck up after the fact regarding my error in understanding the billing and likely having given him the email too quickly, he took time out of an important meeting to contact me and address my concern showing a true dedication and professionalism that proves his ability to manage and deliver for this location. Thank you so much Mr. B, you are a true asset to this place and they are lucky to have you!

We really enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated room—especially the comfortable king-size bed and the spacious refrigerator, which was a great upgrade from the typical motel mini-fridge. This was our second visit, and the location is ideal for exploring Kettle Falls and enjoying nearby activities. One suggestion: consider providing more coffee pods for the espresso machine. We only found one regular and one decaf pod, but my wife and I typically enjoy two cups of regular coffee each morning. A small basket with a variety of pods would be a thoughtful touch and help set your resort apart from standard hotels. It’s a simple, inexpensive gesture that would make a big impact.

The rooms were clean but probably built in the 50’s so kind of funky with small bathrooms ect. The nespresso maker and kitchenette were nice and the tv had a lot of channels.. My main concern was the $200 this room cost on a Tuesday night. I picture views and a lobby, a few things. I guess it is only motel in town and I’m probably just cheap.

Met by the manager very friendly. Check in easy. Room excellent and all new. Property very homey…flowers, lush lawn in front of rooms and flowers about. They don’t have ice but the manager went into town and got me some ( I was on a motorcycle). A small issue with a clogged sink was addressed perfectly within 5 minutes. Wonderful stay. Kudos to the Manager Branaun, Thomas(Grounds) and Hunter (maintenance)
