We spent one night while traveling home. The staff was helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked. The bathrooms and shower area was modern, clean and well maintained. They provide free breakfast - pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and coffee. Clean laundry room, WiFi that works, and the best thing - you can order dinner (for a fee) they deliver it to your site. That was just what we needed after a long day of travel.

Simple yet very nice rv park. The staff were all excellent. They also had a nice free breakfast with coffee, cereal and pancakes. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Great place for our overnight stop. We had a nice little tent site that was perfect for a quick set up. Very friendly staff, cute little gift shop, clean bathroom/shower house. And they provided a quick little breakfast of pancakes & coffee for free in the morning before we headed back out on the road. 😊

This is a good over night CG, a little pricey for what you get. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting a site in the back without septic and it was a bit cheaper and it was level. Beware there is a feed lot next-door so you may get some cattle smells. enjoyed the nature trail in the lava field, it was very informational. We would stay here again. Note shower/rest room was clean.

Easy access off highway. Long hard packed gravel lots with plenty of room for larger RVs with vehicle in tow. Very clean private bathrooms/ 2 with showers-one perfectly set up for handicapped access. Nice play areas for the kids. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They have a very nice store with beautiful souvenirs. In the morning you can enjoy a free make your own pancake machine, cereal, and coffee. A bit pricey for 3 adults and 3 children at $89 a night. But, that wouldn't stop me from staying at this location again.

Stopped in here on our way through on our road-trip. Great little spot to stop right off the highway. For being a smaller KOA, they had the best K9 camp set-up of any of the other locations we stopped at along our route. The staff here was very friendly as well and they had a really nice selection of things in the little store area. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

I gave this Five Stars NOT because it is a pretty campground. I gave it 5 stars because the staff is great. Always friendly and helpful. The area is desert, each time I’ve stayed my space is level, not too wide but decent enough. It is far enough from interstate 40 so you don’t hear the noise. I did hear the train but not too loud. This is nestled in ancient lava flow fields and you can walk through one trails. We always stay green our way to or from Phoenix. Great food on site.

We stopped here for a quick overnight. It’s an easy on and off the interstate and is hands down one of the most hospitable campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. They gave us cookies (for ourselves and our dog) upon check-in, came to check on us after we got set up, and they even offer fresh cooked food delivered right to your site. If you’re working remotely, there is excellent AT&T and Verizon coverage and so-so T-Mobile. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here within days of their "Covid grand re-opening" it was pretty empty but was extremely convenient to everything we needed. The staff was great, and so was the campsite. They have a large natural area for the pets that our dogs could have sniffed for weeks. We did not use the amenities but we would definitely stay here again.

Best bathroom and shower facilities we have encountered in our 5 months of travel. Very well kept and very helpful people. Check out the area while you are there. Most people don’t but it’s beautiful! Inscription Rock at El Morro Nation Monument is incredible. Sandstone Bluff Overlook is beautiful and the kids love playing in the rocks. New Mexico Mining Museum (Grants). Super fun for the kids as well. All my kids wanted to go back to all of these places the next day.
