Family owned and operated, lots of big trees, laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers (2 dollars each) and they have a machine for change ($1s & $5s). Only 10 minutes from Walmart and restaurants. This place is so peaceful and everyone is very respectful, and I've left my RV for extended periods to travel for personal/work with no problems. I have never had any issues other than their internet is so not great, but we got At&t air and it works incredibly well in the area.

Stayed here for work for 2 months. I would’ve stayed longer if I could’ve. This park is nice and quiet. Groundskeeper Chris was very helpful all the time and kept an eye on the park. The only issue I would say and it’s a real easy fix, is better markings on the lot numbers. Other than that, this place was perfect. Made a friend out of the local cat. Wish I could’ve taken it with me.

We stayed here March-May 2024. We liked this park for its proximity to family. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds were well kept and maintained. This is not a resort, but it’s very quiet (despite being close to the highway). The amenities include a very clean laundromat and an onsite drive thru convenience/liquor store. Our site was level and shaded (rare in west Texas). We intend to stay again when we return!!

Unique Surfaces

Beware: Roaches!! We had planned to stay here for 6 months however as soon as we got there we started seeing roaches. I have never in my life shared my living space with a roach ever and I was not going to start. I called to let the park know and they seemed unconcerned…their response was “we never heard of that before” well I’m telling you, they have a roach problem somewhere. We left, I can not live in that kind of environment. I again suggest to the owner they call a company to spray. The spot we were at were full of glass, they do not clean there is litter throughout the park on the ground. They do not enforce their own rules, dogs left outside in chains, barking, tarps covering RVs, no one picks up after their animals. This park did not meet my standards at all. I have never left a park earlier than we reserved until we stayed here.

This place is a relaxed and comfortable park. Lots of trees, quiet, grass is kept tidy, plenty of space around your RVs, excellent water pressure and consistent and good quality electric hookups (moreso than more commercialized properties) Excellent price and convenient to a couple gas stations and a small store for basic needs. The groundskeepers are awesome and friendly. Not massive and not a lot of in and out traffic. I have never had any problems with items outside or in my vehicle being stolen or vandalized. Has been a great place and I have stayed at many parks across the country. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed the picnic tables and pergolas too. Management was very friendly and accommodating.

We have been here for about 8months it is a very nice place. Kept up nice and everyone in the park are nice people. Lots of spaces to choose from. Thank you Management for keeping the place looking nice.

Easy to get to & check in is a breeze. It's our spot we stop for the night when we go south.

2.5 stars…okay place to spend a night. Was kinda trashy. They have long time residency and it’s right off highway. If your okay with highway noise it’s okay. Owner was nice, didn’t meet anyone just talked to them on phone. Price is reasonable.

Might give you your deposit back if you change your mind. Just a ploy to get your money, $500.00. No deposit back. My opion there crooks taking advantage of people trying to find work!
