Average trailer park pretty much says it all. Seems slightly better than others in town unless your unfortunate enough to be placed in a lot next to a tweaker or some other kind of trailer park treasure. An apartment would be a better option in most cases.

Been a great place to call home. Was once a great community. but now I am like shook. There's a mas evictions going on without just cause. When the park covets life's suffer.

We own a double wide manu home here. We bought it and totally gutted the place and remodeled it ourselves (2 of us) in 5 weeks completed. We have a very nice corner lots fenced, and when completed the place turned out very nicely. They had no problems accepting my big dogs, which are very friendly. A big shed was included and painted to match the house. The yard and home was very minimally cared for by the former Tennant but gave us basically a blank canvas to redesign and recreate as our own. It's a totally different place now and very new and comfy. It's a very quiet park and since we've been here about 9 mos. everyone minds their own business, which we really appreciate. We feel very safe here and we don't worry that someone will take our things. We are pleased with the deal we made and for the first time we are mortgage free. What a great feeling. The only reason I ranked a 4 star is that there's no pool, clubhouse, etc which if it did would've been an easy 5.

The person that works in the office is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure to speak with. What is sad about it is that she can get away with it because Chris is just as rude and hateful as she is. As a business owner you would think that he would be a better person. They intentionally do things that harass land owners. He's made his money off people so he doesn't have to treat them with decency and respect. He assumes he knows everything and makes false assumptions. If you don't have to deal with him, good for you.

Hey Dave, Aren't you the guy who the Police threatened to arrest due to fake emergency calls, Questar Gas told that if you called in another false alarm that they were going to start charging you, that the Fire Marshall is also tired of your calls that were just to get attention? I heard you were billed to repair the water heater the Fire Marshall said you tried to set fire to. If you don't like where you live, move. My son and I love it here. The maintenance crew is very helpfull and friendly. It is the best park in Evanston.
