This place is great. We were looking at campers for about a month and had a few dealers that were helpful and some that were down right aggressive trying to force you to purchase even if it wasn't what you were looking for. When I contacted Great American they were very helpful and did not hound you 3 times a day as one dealer did. I would gladly deal with Great American again in the future. Every employee we made contact with was very helpful and a joy to deal with.

10 stars! Monica is the best sales person/ customer service provider we have dealt with! We have purchased several rv’s and visited 4 airstream dealerships and this dealership has been the most professional and straightforward. It has been a pleasure to purchase this airstream! Brian did our walk through and exceeded our expectations. He took his time and tested and showed us how to use everything. From the hitch to the backup camera! We have never had such a thorough experience!

Russ, Monica and Brad all treated us like king and queen and were very thorough in their positions from financial, the inspection tour and test driving… it was smooth all the way around. Great experience from start to finish at the Breaux Bridge store!! Braydon B did a great job in showing us units that met our needs and Mr. Tyler in finance made sure we were happy with our finance terms and they offer great add-ons/insurance to ensure that taking care of your investment is as easy and stress free as possible. Couldn't be more excited to start taking more adventures! We bought a great product and we thrilled with the customer service we received!!! Definitely recommend!!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! Our experience, buying our first motorhome, with Great American RV SuperStore in Calera, AL was STELLAR from beginning to end! From our first contact with Monica, our salesperson, to dealing with Eric in the finance department and Andrew who showed us all the ins and outs of our coach to Joshua, the General Sales Manager and Steve the General Manager, we couldn't be more impressed. They proved time and again that it's not just about the sale for them it's about the customer, even after the sale! We had a brief meeting with Evan, the service manager, and it was obvious that she too wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Even the guys in their retail store, were so nice and helpful. We can't thank them enough!!!

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. My experience with them was unsatisfactory. I feel as if we were being interrogated just to be able to view available inventory. Our “sales rep” left us to “talk to the inventory manager” after getting an idea of what we wanted to see, and was gone so long we were considering leaving. I turned to look to see where she was, and they’re turned looking at us as if we were a topic of discussion. Then one guy came out laughing. She finally came back out to us only to ask more questions. She was talking to us as though she didn’t feel we could afford to purchase based off the limited information we gave her. Never assume what people can or cannot afford based off of limited information or how a person looks. We could have purchased whatever we wanted today with cash if we chose to do so. I suggest you save yourself a trip and go on up the street a bit to Camping World or on down the interstate to Burton Campers. They’re much friendlier, more helpful and willing to get you into what you’re looking for.

Sarah was Awsome. My wife and I were stranded at Hidden Cove RV Park. I called all over the area looking for a part for our Travel Trailer. Everyone I spoke to told me it was special order (2 to 3 weeks out) unless I purchased the entire (very expensive) assembly. Then I called Sarah at Great American. She was great to work with. She gave 110 percent. She took the time to find my part and I was able to pick it up same day. I can't speak highly enough about her can do attitude, competence and professionalism. With service like this I will definitely be a returning customer.

Anthony F. was wonderful and helped us out a ton!! It was freezing and pouring rain and he had no problem showing us everything we wanted to see. Very knowledgeable and all around great guy. Would highly recommend anyone to him!

Cannot say enough good things to describe our purchase experience. Everyone we dealt with could not have been any nicer to us--starting with Trey the manager. From there, our salesman Paul, the finance coordinator Tony and Will the service tech took great care to ensure everything was taken care of. Super experience for us and we've shared these thoughts with others as well. Thank you!!!! 29 Jan: just took our camper back for the annual warranty inspection. Ronnie and Will knocked it out of the park today! We were in and out in a very short period of time. Will did an excellent job on the RV itself and took extra time in answering my questions about some of the work completed. Thank you gentlemen for a great job!
