It is a national park campground in Great Basin National Park on the Nevada Utah border. It is at 8500 feet altitude, steep, rocky and forested with a diverse sub-alpine forest. There is a very fast moving, loud stream on South edge. Our camp was 50 ft from it, absolutely beautiful as it was wildflower season. There are nice, clean vault toilets, picnic tables, and water faucets coming next year, they are being installed this summer. BRING YOUR WATER! You can get some at Lehman Cave visitor center and at the RV waste dump if you have containers. This visitor center also has a good cafe and souvenir shop. There is no food in the gateway town of Baker available except for some prepackaged camping food at the stargazer in.

Very nice, my space 17 was not at all level or this campground would be a 5 star fer sure.

RV & tent camping within Great Basin National Park. No full RV hookups, no sewer. There’s a dump station near the entrance of the park. Vault toilets, picnic tables & fire pits are available. No potable water, bring your own. No electricity either.

Keep in mind this is a remote campground with no electric, water, nor sewer. For 24' rigs or less. We asked the ranger about our 27' Airstream and he sent us here, saying take a look and see if we can find a level enough site. It's tight, but there are a few sites that work well. The location is great, all paved, and close to the 10,000 foot Wheeler Peak scenic road summit. Nice little Lehman Creek running beside our site!

Upper Lehman Creek Campground was quiet, clean and a wonderful place to camp. Their vault campground toilets were some of the cleanest I’ve ever used while camping! That’s a plus!! It is close to fishing, hiking, the visitor center and Lehman Caves tour. The campsites all seemed spacious from my walks throughout the campground. I will definitely come back!
