Campsites are big and tables are set back from the road. The sites at the top end near the creek are loud with the sound of the creek even in September.

The campsites are a bit close together and there's no water spigots. But sites are clean and well maintained. Most parking pads were on a minor slope.

Great campground. Sites are unique and it is not crowded at all. Vault toilets were clean. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. No water was available at all. The Lehman Caves Visitor Center (about 3 miles away) has water and a dump station. We were in a tent. If you are towing a large trailer, check ahead. It appeared that many of the sites could not accommodate a long vehicle.

It is a national park campground in Great Basin National Park on the Nevada Utah border. It is at 8500 feet altitude, steep, rocky and forested with a diverse sub-alpine forest. There is a very fast moving, loud stream on South edge. Our camp was 50 ft from it, absolutely beautiful as it was wildflower season. There are nice, clean vault toilets, picnic tables, and water faucets coming next year, they are being installed this summer. BRING YOUR WATER! You can get some at Lehman Cave visitor center and at the RV waste dump if you have containers. This visitor center also has a good cafe and souvenir shop. There is no food in the gateway town of Baker available except for some prepackaged camping food at the stargazer in.

Very nice, my space 17 was not at all level or this campground would be a 5 star fer sure.
