This place is amazing. Here we encountered kindness we couldn’t find anywhere else in Colorado. The place is beautiful, super affordable, with clean bathrooms and clean free showers. God bless y’all.

Pulled our popup in, stayed a couple nights and had a great time. Store was very helpful, also has some ice cream and adult beverages. Kind of wish their hours were later, but decent as is. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a campfire, and that was great. Bathrooms and showers were clean and a very useful feature. Feels really good to have a hot (or cold) shower after playing in the Sand Dunes all day. We will certainly come back.

Overnight cabin was clean. General store had okay selection. Prices were high, but that was to be expected in such a remote location. Staff seemed friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.
