I came threw town as soon as i got here my truck broke down. I dont know about anyone else but nobody plans on their vehicle breaking down but it happens and you make the best of a bad situation. Ill tell you one thing for sure this park doesnt make it easy to do so. When i pulled in on a sunday night and there directions are very unclear so i filled out the reservation sheet and pulled into an empty spot. First thing monday i went to the office to discuss my situation. First thing she says to me is "are you the one parked in slot 21" i said yes she responds "you need to move it and move it now". Tried explaining my situation she replied not my promblem. So she said somebody has that spot they are just gone for the weekend funny thing is 2 weeks later spot is still empty. Interesting why lie about it. I will give them 1 bright spot is there is a gentleman that works there that moved my 5th wheel with his truck to a different spot. As temps started getting colder i put up some foam board to help protect from freezing they told me its not allowed. I said its temporary im trying to order something more permanent. As everyone knows trying to order stuff right now is diffucult do to product availability. Since the canvas skirting wasnt available i contacted a moble rv repair company to install insulation and an underbelly but clearly that is good enough for them. I have tried to do what i can to comply but they are rude and do little to help the situation. First pics are my spot other pics are people around me which do you think trashes up the park more.

If you passing threw on vacation, don’t waste your time. New owners since last time visited. Was going to stay one more night but not open on Sunday. The grounds are not unkept like before. No quiet hours., constantly having vehicles coming and going all threw the night. Spoke with loud exhaust.,No wifi any more. It is a arc park focused on making money on yearly events people that are out of state working in oil field. More like a trailer park. So beware vacationers.

What most people do not understand about Greeley RV is that they are in the business of selling peace and quiet. Just so happens you can also park your RV there as well. Mary is great all she ask is that you follow the rules and pay your rent on time. Not that difficult if you ask me.

We stayed for a week in space 65, and were impressed on how well kept the park was. Outside the coach you could hear traffic from hwy 34 but nothing bad inside the motor home. Occasionally a train in the distance at night. Staff was relatively friendly laundry room was clean nothing that I could find worth complaining about especially for $33 a night.

I called this morning and talked to Anna very nice lady. So she said that manager will be contacting me so I can get my name on the list we talked for 20 minutes or so! Well let me you if your thinking on coming here and getting a space don’t waste your time cause this Mary should not work in the public eye cause she is very rude unfriendly and discriminates. Another thing is I got legal advise and discrimination these days is not a good thing specially if I pursue it!!! My fifth wheel is older but in a better shaped than others!!!! plus I was never told by anyone that referred me that your trailer needs to be newer than a 2012, so dream on and keep discriminating lady if it wasn’t for the pipeline you wouldn’t have an RV park open and operating, well not after I’m done with this discriminatory action!!!!
