Washers had fecal matter in them, upon report. I never received refund hence the lady was upset I complained, she said it was just dog poop. Also good luck getting a hold of anyone, they never answer. The only on time and on schedule department they have is their billing department. My initial deposit was gouged, I only received $70 back, it appears my electric bill was triple that last month compared to other months. But I believe it was unethically charged. I do not recommend this place, it suck’s. Worst experience ever dealing with Rv parks and their managers. It was the only option for my 42’ long Rv. So I had to stay there. On a good note. The lots are of well size ok!

This is a very nice, clean and quiet RV park. They have 2 locations, the north side (laundry , showers, restrooms and office) and the south side. The staff are very polite, the facilities are clean and in good working order. Both parks have fenced in dog parks.

There are two sides to this park. The main office side and the other side is across the highway. I stay here often. The only down side if you are not staying for an extended period you will get the site across the highway. So if you want to use the shower laundry facilities you will have to take your vehicle. If you get a site on the main side it is great and convenient. Just stayed last week in the off season the main side was empty and I was still put on the side across the highway. Not sure what thought was behind this. So if you are contacting for reservations ensure you know what side you will end up on or try to request what side you want to stay.

I would have liked something more West of here but, overall, a really nice Park. Two separate laundry rooms, one group in the large room with many clean shower/toilet rooms. The other laundry room has vending machines for snacks & drinks. Office staff seemed very nice and addressed issues.

Lived in house rental for 13 years! Just got a new roof! Working on new windows home is very cozy and affordable... Community is full of great friendly people . The manager Mary is doing a good job rebuilding the park. Communication is much improved with the office and the maintenance man Michael is doing awesome job! Very knowledgeable and Pam is very helpfull in all aspects .
