Very nice camping area. Spacious, private sites, nice, wide roads, next door to Story Land for the little tykes. Very near Conway and Fryeburg Very reasonable rates. Will likely come again.

Recently stayed there from Friday evening until Sunday morning. Easy walk to both Storyland and Living shores Aquarium. Showers and bathrooms throughout the park were spotless. Super friendly staff, very clean campground with sites well set up for privacy. Has a nice playground and pool for kids. Only downside is the playground has gravel instead of wood or rubber chips. Daughter slid to hard down the slide and got a scratch. We all loved staying there and definitely Will stay there on our next trip that way.

This is a wonderful family camping area! Family owned and run, they are welcoming and have all the amenities. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and monitored throughout, showers are hot and clean, there's even coin laundry on premises. Small, safe and quiet 👍🏻 Family entertainment and live music on the weekend and right next to Story land. We will be back!

I don't often leave reviews...but, had to leave one. We stayed here for one night (which they waived the 2 night minimum for us though we were happy to pay for 2, so that was nice) this past weekend while we were in the area for a wedding. They will SCREAM at you if you go over 5 miles an hour. We were going 6 miles an hour and there were no children nearby...but then when you ARE going 5 mph, there are children literally walking in the middle of the road. There was a huge group screaming and yelling when we arrived in the afternoon to set up camp before the wedding. We returned back to our site a little after 10 pm and decided to walk around the campground, and ended up making some friends with a group. We were hanging around the fire quietly talking and 2 staff people came up to the site yelling at us to put out the fires and to go to bed, and that apparently this group had "driven away other campers" and that they had called the cops and they were on their way. Surely calling the cops is far more disruptive?! We were NOT being loud in the slightest, we were all hyper aware of the "quiet hours" so we were sure to keep it quiet while we were chatting. But don't worry...at 5 am there were screaming babies and yelling children all over the place. Weird experience, won't camp here again.

LOVE it here! So safe for my kids and dog friendly. Large sites, some wooded and some open in the fields. Steve the owner and daughter Maggie are fantastic! Swimming pool and live music! Location is perfect-next to storyland and within driving distance to N.Conway and other great locations. Staff is BEYOND amazing and so friendly! Only place we ever go camping.

Good option right next door to Story Land. Decent campsites, clean bathrooms, great playground and a pool.

A pretty typical older campground that definitely has more full time or seasonal residents than drop in campers. They parked us in the center of the meadow. I was told there was a gravel base at the site but it was all grassed over so it was a little hard to tell exactly where it was. Lots of rain the few days before so some muddy places but not bad. My conversation with the owner/manager was limited to only the absolute essential info he needed to convey. Maybe he was just having a bad day as we all do sometimes but my feeling upon leaving the office, was, "Gee I hoped it wasnt to much trouble for you to take my money, hand me a map and say, Don't Speed". (Which wasn't going to happen because they had big speed bumps all around the camp.

One nite stopping point on the way back home. I wouldn't have stayed another The actual facility is nice. Adequate clean bathrooms and showers. Many of the sites are in wooded areas. Our issue was there were simply no quiet hours. One group of guys were basically sitting or standing on the road in front of their party bus drinking and shouting long after midnight. Either the owner wasn't there, didn't care or was part of the party.The drunker they got the louder they got. It is crowded and folks just let their kids run wild all night. The park map is basically a hand drawn map on a half piece of paper. No list of activities or even policies. So if that's your scene you'll probably enjoy camping here. But stay away if you are looking for a quiet peaceful and traditional camp ground.

Nice family camping area. It would have got 5 star if the rest rooms maintained clean. On Day 1 when we arrived, rest Rooms were clean. But just after evening, no one cleaned it. So it was getting bit of messy… Showers were clean and warm water. Sites are close to each other but weren’t too noisy. We got a spot which had no shade, so make sure to get a spot with some shades if you are camping on a warm day. Front office staff is not super friendly or social… hardly saw him smile. Anyway he wasn’t rude.
