Great experience. No personal contact, but worked over the phone and the place was nice, clean & quiet once the premature fireworks stopped. 😀

The campground has plenty of shade trees and a laundry. The entrance has deep pot holes and so.e of the sights are unlevel with about 6 to 10 inches differences from one side to the other. Once after digging several 3 inch deep holes on the drivers side for the tires to settle into, we still had to use 4 inches of board on the passenger side to get the RV level. Once level, the first step up is somewhat high to comfortably enter our RV. At the time there was no wifi available. The current price is $55 a day.

We were traveling from Minnesota to San Diego for my son's graduation from Marines Bootcamp, and needed a nice quiet place to stop with our pop up camper for the night. I called the number and the lady was very nice and helpful. Over the phone she helped me find a pull though spot so that I wouldn't have to back up with my camper. The bathrooms were clean and there was showers available too along with a nice area to lounge and you could even do your laundry for a cheap price. I had read some bad reviews but I don't understand why. We were very happy and had a good, quiet night of sleep. It was so nice to have a last minute place to be able to camp in.

I stayed here for about 3 months during a travel nurse assignment. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful. I felt very safe and welcomed. I had no trouble walking my dog around the beautiful campground. It’s amazing coming from a dirty part of Florida to somewhere so clean.

Stayed here and no matter where you went in this entire campground it was FULL of goat heads!! It's a bit dated, but if they could get rid of the massive infestation of goat heads, would be a great campground. If your family has bikes, don't bother taking them out, every tire will be flat. Careful with your pets too. Those goat heads got right through their paws. Other than that, this campground is in a great location! Close to the hospital for family who many need to stay for a long time and close to downtown area. The lilac trees and mature cottonwoods are beautiful. I would Iike to give more stars, but can't because the goat heads.

Big Rigs Beware! There is a large tree near the office which makes entry difficult and the tree had obviously been scraped by other campers. The site we were assigned did not allow us to put out our slide outs as it was too narrow. It was also very difficult to get to the site. The manager was not at the campground so we left even though we had pre-paid for our stay. For reference our travel trailer is 32 feet. Definitely do not recommend campground for medium to larger campers.

Nice park with nice shade trees. Not many bugs if any. Main road is paved. Hardly any dust here. Very nice lady runs the park. I really like this place. We had no problems levelling at our site.

Nice location and friendly staff. Acceptable bath and showers. Fairly quiet on a Sunday night when we stayed. Adjacent parking garage lights were pretty bright though. Good place if you are passing through.

Place is hard to get in and out of for big rig. Staff was waiting outside in her car, blocking the road, then proceeded to take us to a spot that was just awful.

Sandra, the Manager is very nice and hospitable and makes sure you are taken care of. Very quiet considering it's in town. I was surprised. There are lots of trees, cute squirrels, bunny rabbits and pretty birds, lots of good hot water in the showers with 3 shower stalls in both the men and women's, some really neat landscaping around the office and instead of chopping down any of the trees that have died in the past, they have had a chainsaw artist carve some really cool sculptures from those trees and they keep the grounds very clean! Did not see one unhappy person there. Safe for kids and there were lots of tent campers too. Only negative thing is a new TALL hospital parking garage has been built next to the campgrounds and is an eye sore if you focus on it. There are trees to somewhat block the view of the West and the every now and again car honk but honestly, it really wasn't that bad! Other thing is the website says there is a hot tub / spa but it is out of commission. That was no big deal to us but for those who may need the hot soak, my suggestion is to revamp the website to remove those items or get the hot tub repaired. All in all, great camping at a reasonable price. We are from Oklahoma where camping is the States leading summertime activity at all the lakes we have and I will tell you, this place is just fine! 😉
