No rooms here, not that I know of, unless park management rents park models. Simple park not many bells and whistles that's fine with us. Club house with pool room, library, gym used for large functions, arts and craft room, great internet. Laundry room, everything works, well maintained pool and hot tub. Unlike the hot tubs in most GVR's, every time I use their hot tubs, here comes the rash, possibly too much chemicals not here it's great. I rent one of the park model homes here to visit often. The manager is retired military and manages the resort top notch. This month, coming up, they will be paving all the roads that will be great. You also get water and sewer at your sites, much appreciated. Some sites are pet friendly, the only negative and that's not in control of management here us not having a turn light upon exiting the resort with people trying to set land speeds on highway out front makes it difficult at times leaving. If Sahuarita town would get on the ball and survey for light placement, it would be awesome. Government wheels move too slow at times.

This is a nice quiet park with friendly people. There were activities and we joined a few and learned some new games. And on Tuesday mornings you can order ahead and get fresh baked sticky buns which are delicious! Staff was nice and helpful. We loved that there were separate sites for those with pets and those without pets. While we love dogs, we don't love their barking and in RV parks you are in such close proximity. We enjoyed staying away from the pets. They have a nice pool area too, though we didn't use it. We were in site 80. We enjoyed morning hikes at nearby Western Desert Preserve. There are 10 acres of trails suitable for hiking and mountain biking. Good for birding too.

Well appointed RV park, full service lots. Great location and friendly regulars and residents. sites are tight as its an older park but well maintained.

Five years ago we stopped her to visit friends living in this park. This place is truly a slice of heaven❣️ We are not sitting on a couch watching TV. We are enjoying this community of 55 and older folks who are enjoying their retirement to the maximum of their ability! Classes on Stained glass, lapidary, aerobics in the heated pool, a ballroom for live entertainment, pot luck Wednesday’s, hiking groups, off road Boony Bash, shuffle board, bucket ball, art classes, bible study, craft shows, karaoke night, Country Line Dancing, and the list goes on. The generation of this park is one of your handshake is your word. After two years of visiting we bought a park model and have become residents of Arizona. I Love this place, the people, the management. I never dreamed retirement would be the best part of our lives! Not All parks are like this…. This is a slice of heaven ❣️

A very fine RV park. Nice level sites with 50/30 amp electric service, great water pressure and nice sewer connections. They would have a 5 star rating from me if they accepted credit cards.

Jeff is a true professional. Best run RV park ever! Lots of satisfied people living there.

The people that visited there were very friendly. I suppose they were just as happy as me to be away from the cold and snow. I have COPD and can't wait for winter to be over so I can breathe normally.

The park is clean. No wifi except in the club house. No "free" cable TV unless you drive to Tucson and pick up a Cox cable box. This is ridiculous. Especially for $350 weekly rate. We won't stay here again.

This is a combination mobile home RV park. This is one of the nicest, well-kept and reasonably priced RV parks that I’ve been to. The RV pads are spacious with plenty of room for your unit, there is a paved parking space separated by a cement pad between your unit and your vehicle. It’s extremely secure facility. When the entry gate is not maned by security you need a code to get in. For an RV resort the price is extremely fair at $50 a night. Green Valley RV resort is located about 20 miles south of downtown Tucson. Tucson is a city of over 500,000 with a pretty extensive downtown shopping area complete with a variety of restaurants. If you’re snow Burnett you could join the other long-term RV years.
