So very clean. Grassy areas and all around the lake are so well groomed. Staff is so friendly. Pool area spotless. Would recommend to everyone.

Our stay here was very enjoyable! This park is so clean and so well taken care of. We were not disappointed in the least. Wonderful laundry facilities, beautiful pool and hot tub area, complementary popcorn, coffee and water were very appreciated. Rates were very reasonable and well worth the money spent. We really enjoyed watching all the children and parents fishing in the catch and release lake. Location of this park is excellent! It is close by all the historic attractions, Riverwalk, many wonderful restaurants and much much more. management were outstanding and very personable. Other staff were excellent as well. We will definitely come back to this park!

Beautiful place! Friendly staff. Nice clean pool and hot tub. The grills look like they are brand spanking new! This is by far the best rv resort I have ever been to. The restrooms are so clean. Fresh coffee and popcorn in the am. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks for all your hard work!

We've been here for a few months and are sad to leave. It's an amazing park! Very clean with lots of amenities. A beautiful pool with a hot tub. Very clean laundry room. And exercise room with a pool table. And I cannot say enough about the absolutely wonderful staff! And it's gated..

I normally don't even write reviews on places, but this time I felt it was needed. While we were staying during Valentines weekend, we had a pretty unpleasant experience. We stayed in site 72, which mind you there was trash everywhere & a dog behind us that barked the entire time of our stay anytime we were outside. On our last night there, the camper in 71(next to us) started catching on fire every time their furnace would try and light. It was to the point where huge flames were coming out the backside of their camper and throwing sparks. We attempted to knock on the door, but no one answered. I then tried to look for an after-hours number for the park(there is not one listed anywhere) or emergency number. Finally I was able to make contact with the main office, which is Quality Resorts and explain the issue. 10 minutes later, I get a call from someone in Houston who was extremely rude. He asked why I didn't call the fire department to handle it myself instead of calling them. I explained that the flames stopped for now as it was happening only while the furnace would try to light. He proceeded to tell me well if it's not happening now and it's not on fire don't worry about it and hung up. We waited outside until midnight thinking a manager or someone would come and check on things but no. So the next morning, upon checkout, I informed the lady in the front office of the incident the night before and the rude phone call I received. She was herself uncaring of the camper being on fire and unsafe to the people inside as well as our camper/vehicle directly next to it. She stated she went in the morning when she got the message to go look at the camper and found no burnt marks anywhere. Well, that I know is a lie cause the side of the camper was black and melted. The front office lady herself said that I should have called 911 as opposed to calling them late at night. They really had no desire to care about the situation or that they were beyond rude when they called me. So just beware! ** won't let me upload pics of all the trash**
