Been here for almost a year. Folks keep to themselves and I've never had any issues. The RV spots are nice and have lots of trees. The place is kept clean and snow removal happens very quickly after it snows. We have laundry facilities and community showers. Located close to downtown Kalispell and lots of shopping up in north Kalispell. They have temporary spots and permanent ones. With permanent spots comes the ability to have a mailbox. Highly recommend. The views are amazing

They are ridiculous with their charges and conditions for people who actually live there. Its all about money and less about the quality of life among the residents and home owners. If you own your home they shouldn't be able to charge you for what you put on it, (sheds, storages) and then won't allow you to put a fence up. They never give a clear explanation why and it make ls the homeowners not want to stir the pot and make waves. For fear of having to move when no one can afford 3k for moving a moble home.

Way over priced for what you get in the rv park. Check in was kinda slow….men’s restroom was so filthy after two and a half days that my husband had to go to the office to complain. Other guests continually walked through our spot allowing their dogs to soil the area around our picnic table. We had to find a picnic table and move it ourselves because the site didn’t have one.

Quiet place but keep your stuff locked up I've had 3 bikes stolen from in front of my camper. Management did nothing about this issue. Good luck..

Low water pressure, very tight RV parking, also should note this is a mobile home park first RV second. Was clean and quiet, the staff was very polite

The staff are exceptional. Everything is clean, it was super easy to get into, and out. My only complaint is there's no mirror in the men's room.and no shelf in the shower. so you have to step in and out to get dressed. but it's super nice and clean, excellent water temp and pressure.

I had a wonderful experience with this RV Park. We rented a site for 1 and half months and paid in advanced with no refunds. Plans changed and i called back to see if any way we could do anything and the owner with no hesitation refunded me all my money. He had the right to keep the money but he didn't. I couldn't be anymore happier. Thank you so much

I've had in-laws live here for over 20 years. Clean lots..friendly neighbors..the previous owner had a pet bison and when it passed due to age he had it stuffed and put in a giant covered sign facing hwy 2. Its still there on display. There is also a hotel on site that is very beautifully built like a lodge inside. Massive timbers in the lobby to hold the upper floors. Trophy mounts and antlers on display around the lobby from past hunts.
