Beautiful little campground. Locals were very friendly and courteous. If you go don't forget your bear spray. We had so much fun and it was absolutely beautiful!

This is becoming one of my favorite rest stops.  I haven’t camped here yet but I do like to stop here on my trips from Texas to central Arkansas.    Beautiful area and it’s an easy walk from the campground down into the little Missouri River.  Awesome scenery and large gravel bars to explore with shale, jasper, chert, quartz, quartzite, and quartz veined sandstone.  Great place to stretch your legs after a couple hours in the car.  Restrooms are Ok. Not too well maintained but not bad.

Only drive through but it was extremely beautiful.

It's a beautiful place on The Little Missouri River. We take our dogs walking there. I love Pike county Ar

I have been coming here since I was a kid, and now I am bringing my kids. It is never packed and always peaceful. There is no water or septic hookups, but there are communal water spickets around the campsites. The restrooms are primitive. Overnight stays are $8/campsite or $4/site with American membership and operate on the honesty policy.
