When we arrived it seemed like a really nice campground. Unfortunately we had about three campers across from us that were a little loud with the music . But nothing prepared us for the next night the campground hired a band that played 50 feet from our back windows of our camper . Our camper windows were vibrating. There horrible answer was we can move you did I spend a hundred dollars a night to pick and move my camper a second time at six o'clock at night.

Nice place but not as young family friendly as we thought. There was absolutely no beach access for a stroller/wagon and no parking. You HAD to have a golfcart unless you wanted to walk from your campsite. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly blood was on the toilet seat for two days, after I watched the cleaning lady leave, I checked to see if it was still there. It was so wiped it clean…… THERE IS ONLY TWO TOILETS AND ONE SHOWER STALL PER SECTION OF CAMPGROUND. It took two hours of checking and waiting to get my family of 5 washed. Then the hose is attached and leaking everywhere…… having to hold your screaming crying toddler in the air for a shower is not fun. The playground set has broken/heat worn peeling plastic all over it. My toddlers calf’s were all scratched up. Honestly don’t know if it was worth the money.

My family and I had an amazing time. The sunsets were beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The manager Jessica was so helpful when I first booked this trip. Very pleased with our stay!

Family camping trip, went very well. Family friendly, live entertainment, customer service is outstanding. Friendly from gate, check in with front desk, and the host who take you to your site all great and friendly service. Gail was great help with getting our cable to work. Internet is not the best so make sure not to count on it, will book soon again!

We are full time travel family with two kids and we really loved our stay here for 2 weeks. The campground is absolutely beautiful, clean and well run. It’s off the main road to town but quiet and tucked away far enough, we didn’t hear any traffic. The sites are spacious and clean, well kept and level. We were in a large pull through area. Most people here are annuals or settled for the season. Every site had a beautiful and clean set up. Biking around the grounds is so fun especially by the river- the views are gorgeous and there are many well arranged sunset viewing spots with seating and beautiful flowers planted around. The pool and splash pad are a lot of fun and both playgrounds are great for all the kids. We loved going to the little sand beach and dipping in the river. The store has more than you’d need and fun treats and toys for the kids. The dog park is shaded and spacious and right by a beautiful pond and walking area. Staff is so very kind and everyone looks genuinely happy to be working here. There was a great deal of events while we were here over Mother’s Day weekend- farmers market, food trucks, live music, crafts for kids and adults, bingo, games etc. One thing that made no sense at all to me were the worn out and dirty bathrooms by the pool. They just don’t fit in with the rest of the amenities. They are old, small, and not clean. Spider webs, dust and dirt on the floor. Smells like mold. Really, everything else is so well kept I was surprised to find the bathrooms and laundry room be left like that. Location wise this is close to town where you can find some good food, donuts, coffee and shopping. Everything we experienced was great! There’s a new playground in town as well that our kids loved. Overall an excellent experience and we would return to camp here as well as recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Greys Point, really a tragic experience. The thing that glued me together this camping trip was my friends and family. A normal day at Greys Point consists of waking up, breakfast, walking around the campsite, lunch, more walking, dinner in your camper, then going to bed and repeat. This would probably boost your fun slightly more if you owned a golf cart. The problem with this campground is the fact that there is nothing to do. The campground just needs more activities for the average "happy camper". Something that upset the mood mainly was the people riding around in the "park patrol" golf carts. They were rather rude on telling us where to park. I guess when you have the job of advising people where to park and an exquisite decal on your vehicle and not forgetting the professional park patrol badge you get these perks. No disrespect towards them, our whole campsite just recognized it to be quite childish. One thing I do have to say about the campground that impressed me was the unity of all the "happy campers' trying to find some white little dog that wanted to kill itself by jumping into the rappahannock. I don't know why that dog wanted to flee so bad, i mean maybe it was being abused? But thats a story for another time. In conclusion Greys Point receives a 2 star out fo five for its power hungry "park patrol' and its lack of entertainment. I hope this place changes and makes its campers happy again.

Love the location. Do not care for all the LOUD music played by all the golf carts parading around to show off their sound systems in the evenings. The staff is FANTASTIC!!!

Grey’s Point was awesome. Spent the weekend there with another family and had a tremendous time. Perfect place to visit if you like to camp and enjoy the benefits of a large swimming pool, water slides, music a night, fishing and plenty of relaxation. Definitely worth visiting. Kids had an absolute blast!

My family had a lovely time at Grey's point camp. There are 3 pools with one having 2 slides, a few playgrounds for the children, fun activities n lovely scenic views all around. The people there were friendly. The only thing is that the RVs are a little close to each other. Other than that this place is awesome sauce. Come on down n check this camp out. You won't regret it!!

This camp or trailer park is one of the coolest I've been to. The riverside trailers have an amazing view. If you move there it seems that everyone has a golf cart. Most people are friendly and courteous although the trailers are quite close together. If you enjoy socializing with other people this is the place for you. If you want to be alone and talk to no one I wouldn't advise this location. The swimming pool complex is quite nice so the youngsters and teenagers will enjoy it also.
