Well when I first moved into this Resort I was a little hesitant. I just turned 55 didn't know if the community like this would fit with me. But I must say the staff here have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. I travel quite a bit for work and they are more than happy to help you out when it comes to packages or anything that's pending on my RV situated on my lot. I have actually been blown away by how caring, sweet, and I feel they're going pretty much out of their way to be helpful to me. I lived in very nice apartment complexes all over Tampa this is my first residence and Dade city. I've never felt so welcome and treated so nicely in a community. Theresa and Lee have been amazing and if I knew the names of the other staff members, that's my bad, I would say they're all great. there are a few other 55 in our communities within a small radius from this location, but I feel that this one is the best. it's pleasant to look at, the grounds are kept up nicely, and everybody greets you with a smile in a wave.

Pool is beautiful. People really nice. We don't have a pool at Citrus Hill rv so we tried it out . Was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights in our camper so we could go to the Tampa RV Show. The staff were nice. As we went to our site I noticed how narrow the roads were. It was hard backing our camper in because of the trash bins being across from us. We also had some gentleman come right over asking if we were in the wrong spot cause his friend was coming to stay there. The hookups were questionable because it looked like the permanent people would plug in to ones that were for campers. The person next to us that lives there wasn’t friendly at all. I’m glad we only stayed for 2 nights.

It's beautiful and well kept. A community of nice friendly people. Clean laundry rooms and pool. There's a billard and community center with a ton of activities. We feel safe here, and the office staff are wonderful!

We spent August 22 here with a friend who resides year round. We went home to WI, bought a 33' 2018, 1 bed travel trailer, a 2019 Ford F150 and leased a lot for 2023 so we can come n go all year. A 55+ park, it's quiet but close to many restaurants, shopping and activities. 1 hour from the gulf coast, 3-4 hours from East coast. 1 hour from Tampa or Orlando. Beautiful pool and park in general. We can't wait to explore more of Florida.

This is a great RV resort I was visiting friends and this place is just immaculate. The day we were visiting they were having a yard sale amongst the RVs everybody was so friendly. Everything was neat well kept in a very pleasant place if you decide to put your RV or to buy one that is there. It's a nice community and everybody seems to get along and it's always saying hi to everybody they also have great community dinners and activities. Was very impressed

The resort is very nice. We subleased there for the month and thought the rate was reasonable. It’s location is far from most big box stores and restaurants. The folks camping there are very friendly which is so nice to experience in todays fast paced world

Very nice 55 plus park.. Very neat park keep up very nicely ..I wanted to stay their but they could not accommodate my 24 foot trailer..So they said to go to Citrushhill RVresort.. Glad we did we love it here what a well kept park !!Love it...

It was a coincidence for us to have found this very livable and calm Resort and RV Park... Grove Ridge is a nice and clean place with very friendly and independent residents. Carl and his staffs are professional. Have friendly words and attentive eyes for us at nearly every time! The pool is amazing, the new washrooms and showers nearby should be ready for using next time! A great place for a privileged vacation with amount of amenities. Thank you from your German guests!
