This is an amazing place! My son and I attended a men's retreat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. God has certainly blessed this place. The facilities were clean, we stayed in the bunk house, it was very clean and quite the experience. If you want a quite retreat with like minded believers this is definitely the place for you!

Facilities are everything you need, yet still get away from it all. Great place for church groups to reserve for events and retreats. While surrounded by the forest, you will be able to study, fellowship, dine, play, relax, worship and praise God. Activities include horseshoes, a gym with basketball and volleyball, hiking, and campfire. Separate men's and women's open dorms are barracks style. Heaters are available for cold nights.

Can’t recommend enough!! 6 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights in order to do the Guadalupe Peak hike. It’s over an hour drive to the hike but totally worth it. The facilities are great and the staff is even greater. Sharon, one of the owners of the camp, was so accommodating and communicative throughout the booking process and our stay at the camp. The house we stayed at at had our private room as well as a nice public kitchen and living room. Would highly recommend over camping or staying in Carlsbad. Very affordable as well!!
