Had a great RV buying experience. The tech, Katrinka, was the best part of our experience. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I buy again, I hope to have her as part of the experience again.

Great woman at the reception desk (sorry I didn’t get her name!) sorted out my issue and hooked me up with “The Talent”. Jake saved me at 5:45pm when I discovered I left one of the spring bars for my hitch on the bumper of my truck in the morning and lost it somewhere between Junction City and Eugene. He happily “Frankensteined” a pair of bars to get me on the road in the morning! No fuss, no pressure. He just did what needed to be done to keep me camping.

We went to pick up our trailer that we just purchased. Seth worked hard for us and provided EXCELLENT service!! I believe he was in the service department. We gave him a list of requests. He managed to complete his work in time to let us leave with our trailer on time and We left very happy with the work he had done on our trailer!

This is my second review Bish’s in Junction city! Buyer beware! We had great service when we initially bought our RV in December. ( They were happy to take our money) Since buying our RV we’ve experienced nothing but procrastination from customer service to ordering parts, lack of communication and excuses. I would highly recommend shopping or somewhere else for your next RV. We chose to purchase our RV at Bish’s due the price and their nationwide locations. Maybe they have better in service in another state. We had no idea how bad post customer service would be with the company. Ordering parts takes forever and when the part does not arrive on time, there is no follow up communication and lots of excuses when you call for follow up. Bish Fix it an absolute joke. Big promises, little delivery!

Nic Lazlo is a great salesman! He answered every question promptly. He did great follow up while I debated about purchasing my camper van. He even tried to help me with an issue after the purchase on the weekend! He is very knowledgeable and gracious. John impressed me during the orientation and obviously has considerable knowledge and experience with RVs. I highly recommend Bish’s RV.

We recently purchased a travel trailer here. Our point of contact Clay was the best! After communicating what we were looking for, he pointed us to exactly what we were looking for. Not once trying to up sell. It's the buying experience that anyone would appreciate and every dealer should offer. Their on site store is well stocked and beats the price of campers world. I can't say enough how happy I am with this company. Not only would i recommend them, I would strongly urge anyone looking for an rv to go to Bish's first. 100% satisfied with the entire process!

Great service even with the Covid 19 restrictions. Roger Woodruff was outstanding in dealing with us on the phone, emails etc. He answered all our questions and concerns. He was waiting for us when we drove in and helped in all our aspects of the process. Cyndi and Ted in service went out of their way to help with the delivery and instructions on the new RV. They are still helping us with any questions or issues 2 months later. Roger found a spot for us in their beautiful RV Park and made every effort to see that our entire process was as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this team and dealership.
