Our stay here was relaxing. We didn’t use the pools or other facilities on this visit but our stay was still very enjoyable. I would stay there again.

Really beautiful setting and well groomed property. The pools wasn't heated but we still went in for a very quick cool dip.

The place looks nice but we were not allowed to bring my husbands service dog into the office. We wanted to make reservations for next year. We were meet by a angry, misinformed man who was confrontational before we even could walk in the door. NOT STAYING HERE. SERVICE DOGS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. The response was service dogs are allowed. The combative guy in the office at the clubhouse said its private property and they can do whatever they want. They wouldn't allow my husband's service dog access because" if they let her then they have to all all dogs".

We booked our vacation online for 3 nights, 6/26, 6/27 and 6/28 and were charged $333.85, which included a $15.00 Site Selection Fee. While enjoying our vacation there, I received a Survey Request from the RV GPS App I use. I started answering the survey questions and came to a question about the rate we paid. My receipt just showed a total and didn't breakdown the cost. So, I went to the website and started a booking to see what the rate was for a 45' Exterior Back-in Site for 3 nights and received a quote for $274.99. I went to the Office and asked why there was a difference in the cost. I was told that the RV Park had been bought out by a Corporation and they set the price based on an algorithm. But if we had called the RV Park directly they could override the rate and eliminate the $15.00 Site Selection Fee. That came to a difference of $73.86. We were extremely disappointed, but obviously could not blame the employee.

The owner charged my card an extra hundred dollars after We already spoke and had an agreement. He just wanted me to move spots and didn’t tell me I had to move spots. He then came and yelled at me and threatened me and my family with child services because we were drinking. We were quiet and respectful and just swimming with our daughters. We’re on vacation. Of course we’re gonna be drinking. Go to the luxury RV resort down the way is way better. We’ve never had an issue.
