This could be a wonderful campground. It's beautiful, the laundry facility I used was clean and it has 2 pools, one inside and one outside. My complaints are that there was no internet and no cable service at all. I was given a number to call for internet service, which was 15.00 for a week. I paid the money and still no internet service. There was no picnic table at our site or our friends site. I asked in the office and was told they could bring one to our site on Monday *it was Saturday when we arrived. On Monday they did bring one, but it was old, rickety and we shared it with our friends. As I said, it could be a great campground, but they need to make people aware that there's no internet or cable when booking.

I'll give it 3.5. This property will be a must visit but for now It was disappointing because the restaurant and bar wasn't opened. We had to shorten our trip because we would need to disconnect completely to go off shore for food, etc. There isn't a golf course and the picketball area was under renovation so that was another disappointment. It will be outstanding once everything is opened. The staff refunded our money since we had to shorten our stay so that was nice. I will give the heated indoor pool 5 stars. It was magnificent!

Nicest place we’ve ever parked our travel trailer! Lots of grass and trees, two pools, indoor and outdoor, and the biggest dog park we’ve seen at an RV park! Add the several cottages that each sleep 8 people, the reasonable prices, and the super friendly and helpful staff, the fact that it’s a few miles from the beaches is not a problem at all. We know where we’ll be staying on our future trips to Gulf Shores!

I stayed at Gulf Breeze RV Resort for 3 months. The area has plenty of things to do for the city or nature lover. The park has wide sites that give you a little breathing room. My only disappointment is how narrow the apron of the site is. I saw people get stuck, leave huge ruts in their site, and at every corner. I know much of that was due to people who didn't know how to drive, but wider aprons would help a ton. The staff was always helpful with recommendations and the facilities are gorgeous. Everything is kept very clean. The clubhouse and pools are brand new and well designed. It has everything you could want. They are also in the process of adding community propane firepits throughout the camp, complete with white rocking chairs. The dog park is one of the largest I've seen at an RV park. I highly recommend stopping here if you find yourself in Gulf Shores.

Judy and I were very happy here. The laundry room, bathrooms, clubhouse, and pool were great. The staff and other guests were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We will come back.

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. It’s very clean, quiet, and has nice amenities. A few we enjoyed were the clean & large bathhouses with laundry facilities (that has an all for tracking!), the indoor pool (I’m sure the outdoor pool is great in the warmer months), and the dog park (huge!!). We’d definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Gulf Shores again.

I am currently a long term tenant here. I have been here for over six months. The have had limited services due to a major renovation which is going to be worth it all in the end. I would recommend for family. Very good location and laid back.

Loved this place! We were there last year and I only wish we had been back for all the upgrades that have now happened! Beautiful, quiet, great staff, facilities were clean. Overall a great experience! We will be back through again in our travels Gulf Breeze, can't wait to see how beautiful everything turned out, didn't even know you needed and upgrade.

ATTENTION PET PARENTS!! We recently stayed at the Gulf Breeze RV resort in one of their pet friendly cabins. We paid the usual $50 pet fee when booking. After our stay we were charged a $200 damages fee for excessive pet hair. I asked for pictures of the pet hair. I was sent two pictures of black dog hair. I showed proof my dog is blue. The continue to refuse to refund damages payment. So be careful pet parents. Also no linens in the cabin. We were not notified prior to our stay. Had to buy linens pillows and towels for our stay.

The location served us pretty well however, no pools available. No internet available. No cable available. The camp host had the personality of a wet wash rag. She could’ve cared less about any of our questions. No discount offered for lack of amenities. Not informed of lack of amenities when reservation was made. Do better! Site we were assigned was barely big enough for our rig. No picnic table!

While the park was in a good location for our needs, the park’s amenities were not available. The internet and cable were not working and the pool was not ready. However, they did not reduce their rates for these inconveniences, nor were we notified about this when we made reservations. Then to top it all off they wanted to charge an additional $25 for us to leave our camper in their half full park for 3 additional hours. Just keep this in mind when you book in Gulf Shores. There are other parks that will have all amenities and will appreciate your business.

Information listed is outdated. No pools, they've been working on pool and clubhouse for over a year. They will not have a hot tub of and when the clubhouse is finished. WiFi is out because of the work on the clubhouse. They do not escort you to your site... Choose carefully

The park was very clean and close to the beach by car. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were very rude. We had gone to checkout the clubhouse and walking back to our RV. We crossed through an unoccupied site and had the maintenence guy honk at us and yelled that we were in a construction area.

We had a few issues with this park. First of all, when we called, no one mentioned that both the indoor and outdoor pools and the recreation center had closed (a week prior to our call) for renovations. I understand that the park is trying to upgrade their facilities, but a heads up about this long-term closure would have been nice. We then had a major incident on the morning of our departure, and the office was closed. The park phone number went unaswered. On an office window, there was a handwritten note with a "maintenance" phone number that went directly to a voicemail when dialed. There was no emergency or after-hours phone number. We had to wait for the office to open at 9 am to talk with the office staff, who did not know how to manage this situation and provided silly, meaningless responses. Our situation was that when we went to unhook the sewer hose, we found that the sewer was backed up! It was obvious that if we had unhooked, raw sewage would have spilled out on the ground. The sewer was backed up because the park's sewage pump system had failed. We found the park grounds to be quite lovely, with lots of grass, trees, and several ponds along with ample bathhouses and laundry machines. It's sad that this park is not managed properly and professionally!

We had our first visit in October 2024 as my mom was staying there in her motor home. I was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. From paved roads that are great for bicycles to a nice outdoor and indoor pool as well as a hot tub. There is also a community room where a Halloween party was being hosted for everyone staying at the RV resort. The community room is also for guests to use for parties and family events. I witnessed the shower houses being cleaned daily. And I especially enjoyed the laundry room and being able to pay for my laundry with a card or app on my phone and not having to worry about having quarters. There are catch and release ponds within the Rv resort but we did not have time to enjoy them. The community of campers was friendly and respectful. It seemed a lot of the ones I had the pleasure of speaking with were staying for the winter and a frequent customer. My mom likes it so much that she is staying there for the next year. The location is great as we easily had access to the beach, shopping and food within minutes. My only complaint was the lack of free internet, however, they offer internet service for a small fee.
