Nice, clean park. Lady in the office was nice. Clean laundry room. Good prices for wash and dry. Restrooms were clean. There is some highway noise, but once get went inside our RV, we didn't hear it. No shade on the spaces.

Gulf Coast RV Resort has a prime location near Brentwood Entertainment Complex, Doggett Ford Park, Black Bear Diner, and Beaumont at large. The staff are very friendly, and the nightly rates on the weekend are very reasonable. Gulf Coast RV Resort is well maintained with a pool and General Store. We will be definitely be back for trips to Brentwood, Doggett Ford Park, and Black Bear Diner.

Safe, affordable, and welcoming. The hookups were reliable, the park was tidy, and it was easy to settle in. Definitely a place we’ll revisit.

This is no means a RESORT. Beware the sign coming in to the campground. Not responsible for damage. PROS. some nice staff, lady cleaning restrooms hard workers restrooms clean. Pool clean. Not bad stop for overnight as put up front. CONS. Don't come here with nice rig or vehicle, mowing crew doesn't care, the mower has the discharge shute is up, grass and mud thrown all over. Got a chip on our suv. Very poor drainage. People drive fast, drive through sites. There is NO exercise room as listed. Community room, lady keeps her dog there if you can find it open. Will not stop there again.

We stayed here for a week between jobs and our stay was amazing! The property is very well taken care of and the staff was accommodating and friendly! Julie went above and beyond to help us feel at home and comfortable during our stay! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

Stopped here on our way to Austin Texas. Clean place, level concrete drive through sites. Easy full hookup. Friendly staff. Pet park 👍

This is a good RV Park but not really a RV resort. There is small pool and really clean bathrooms/showers and recreation room and no planned activities. The reason I gave this park 4 stars is because of how small and tight the concrete pads are. There also seemed to be problems with water pooling on some of the sites and roads, so draining issues. The staff was incredible though. Julie and Shirley were so wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Great place for an overnight if you are going west or east on rt 10. Easy to get to, all pull through concrete level pads. I didn't have to unhitch the car. Clean modern bathrooms with shower, pool and full hookups. Reasonable cost for an overnight. There is no shade but pads have sufficient space between them. Couldn't hear any road noise from rt 10. Would stay here again. Cable TV was not great. I didn't try but I believe I could have gotten more stations and better reception via air.

Great park! Nice facilities and staff was very nice and helpful. All spots are in concrete and pretty good level. Very close to I-10 and restaurants. We stay only one night and arrived after hours. Check in in the morning and process was very smooth. Will stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our time there. It is just far enough back from I-10 for the traffic noise to be not bad. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

If you stay, bring rubber boots to wear while hooking up. I’ve never seen worse drainage at an RV ‘Resort.’ I’m from southeast Louisiana. Way below New Orleans. Near the mouth of the Mississippi River. Delta, marsh, and swamp. It’s been raining most days the last couple of months at home. When the rain stops, the water drains. It does NOT stay to the point that it turns green like the water next to our RV and scattered throughout the ‘Resort.’ There are deep muddy wheel tracks everywhere from anyone who happened to miss their very narrow parking pad. There is barely enough room to walk, one foot in front of the other, alongside the RV on concrete pad. Stepping off puts you in water or mud deep enough to soak through shoes. This is not a new problem. It is NOT due to an over abundance of rain over a long wet fall. If there were correct drainage slopes and underground drainage systems this would not be happening. The ‘Resort’ was obviously put in as quickly and cheaply as possible with no thought to keeping the place nice and dry. This is probably the worse RV Park I’ve ever stayed at. It is definitely the wettest. I will NOT be staying here again. EVER.

Nice concrete drives and large, level concrete pull-through sites with picnic tables; free breakfast; free wi-fi; cree cable; pool; 30/50 amp; big rig friendly; exercise room; very nice playground; laundry; book exchange; pet friendly; no shade; close to shopping & venues; the staff is very friendly; lots of security lighting. The only issue we had was a lot of fire ants around our site but once we notified the office they promptly sent someone out to treat the mounds. They offer Good Sam & AAA discounts. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

I sure do love the big rig spots with the pull over! It’s really nice to have my big piece of metal be welcomed! Everything was strategically placed to hold a lot of people and yet it didn’t feel cramped or anything. The people working here seemed to enjoy their job as they were rather happy. The WIFI is pretty good and so is everything else they offer. I was very skeptical at first but after a little a little bit of time here I saw what it worth is. The price is a little steep but they do compensate on a lot of activities and clean utilities. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
