Access to the main entrance is challenging, occasionally requiring a U-turn maneuver. The U-turn areas present accessibility limitations. The campground itself is attractive, offering scenic drive-through sites, level tent camping areas, and ample cabin rentals. Navarre Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive, while Pensacola Beach is roughly 45 minutes away, depending on traffic conditions.

Decent, older park that has recently changed ownership. They're working on making improvements...it's clean, the staff is friendly, and it's close to enough attractions to make it a good home base. One drawback is it's right on Interstate 10 and the traffic noise is pretty bad...ask to be in one of the back 3 rows. There is propane, laundry, bath houses, a decently stocked camp store, putt-putt, nice playground and a new heated pool.

Well, this is an older RV park. It has been well maintained for the big rigs. You gotta pick your sites a little carefully cause a lot of trees but we drive a 45 foot and her towing a car and we’ve never had a problem.

The cabin was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The park personnel were helpful and responsive. This park has a playground, pool, minigolf, and pet donkeys and goats. We had a great time with the grand kids and all the family for a birthday party. We will return.

We were lucky to get an executive site. We had an excellent panoramic view of the bushes. You could twist your foot or fall through the holes in the ground at the site. They were super clean, not to mention the BBQ. The bathrooms and laundry were decent. cable tv 🤦♀️ ….But I will say that I don't think I'll go back to that campground.

Only gave it a 4 because of location. You have to drive quite a ways to anything. Navarre Beach was about 25 minutes away but definitely worth the trip! Park was quiet, clean & staff was friendly. Will return for another stay!

Spoke to Mary today about a long term rental. I got the feeling she just didn’t want us to stay there for whatever reason. We spend thousands and thousands of dollars with KOA every year. We’re even a KOA member. She did everything she could to make us not want to stay. When I ask about their pool she says yes we just have that little tiny one. Clearly as we left we saw a very big pool that was in operation. The other gal in the office seemed more customer service oriented and actually made us feel like we were home at a KOA. I think the attitude came because we were a foster family with many kids. This might not be the placeTo bring a family! We will stay at the much nicer park more inexpensive park just down the road. Be advised.

This KOA was clean and the staff was very friendly, however there a few reasons we won't stay here again. We specifically came to FL so our kids could swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. It is right next to the freeway so if you're at least 3 rows in, you can still hear all the cars and construction (if that's happening during your stay) and the lights from the freeway are pretty bright. It's also not super convenient to get to places because of the median on the main road.

This place is very friendly and clean the people working here I always helpful trying to help you in any way that they can I also like the idea that they Patrol the area all day and evenings nights you never hear of any Rowdy or noisy people after quiet hour either very enjoyable and relaxing that's why I stay here After the new owners took over they raised the rates unbelievably high After several years of staying there I moved out

The best experience in camping. Staff was super friendly, available, and caring. The putt putt course was awesome. Don't pass this one, great trails to hike, kayaking close by, and Pensacola is 30 mins. Got some KOA in the state to check but they're the standard forward.
