Made the reservation for one night for a Sunday check in. Was a bit worried as I saw their office is closed on Sunday. Their prices are good so took a chance and booked. Was very surprised with the email commutation leading up to our arrival. The check in was on line before we left our stay at the previous RV overnight place. After completing the check in we received an email with our lot site. Upon arrival we checked in a box by the office for arrivals. There was our paperwork, map and contact numbers if more help was needed. Our lot directions were clear and precise with all the lots well marked with concrete patios and tables. Easy stay

We visited for 10 days during the summer. It is quiet and clean during this time. The clubhouse is really cool. My children who are homeschooled loved visiting the pool after their work was done. Staff is nice and helpful. The only downside for us was the roads are tight to maneuver our 42ft 5th wheel. We would return again during the summer. Our site was beautiful. I loved the palm trees we had.

We love the location of this park. It is closer to town than most Encore parks and it is clean and well-maintained. The employees are great too. We typically get a space right across from the pool which puts us closer to the main street and away from the canal. When you're there you feel like you're home.

So the only thing that was decent was the pool. Rv spots are right on top of each other and sites are so small you can hardly maneuver your rv. The roads are very skinny so it makes it difficult to drive your rv to even get to your spot. There is no wifi and there are alot of old campers and rv that look like crap that hasn't moved in years. It's seems pretty ran down. There is one area called a dog walk which is nothing more than the back strip of grass in an easement on the property. We will not be back and if this is what the thousand trails other properties are like we won't be renewing our membership.

We stayed here during our travel ball tournament for 2 nights and we had absolute blast the pool area was clean the bath house was clean the staff were very helpful. The amenities were in great shape we utilized most of them. The people staying there were so friendly. Wish we had more time to stay but will definitely return for another stay place is awesome and close to grocery stores as well. Great place to stay and get some relaxation in.

First spot was too small, but they gave us another spot which could accommodate us. I was happy at first to be across from laundromat, but unfortunately due to hurricane last year, they are still not operational. When you are on the road awhile, that matters.

No Wi-Fi unless you pay and no phone service to set up WiFi account. No laundry , sites small, hookups look ancient. Nice pool. I'll never be back.

Security is lacking, anyone can come and go there. My electric bike was stolen without concern from the office there. No laundry facilities (boarded up) was advertised as having available. My concrete pad was broken in huge chunks which I tripped over a few times. To me it’s a run of the mill rv park. On a favorable note the residents were very nice and friendly.

We were in site 188. Gulfview has great activities, a lovely pool and hot tub, large Clubhouse, and friendly people who stay there. The staff is outstanding. The rv resort manager, Kelly, will bend over backwards to try to fix any issues that may arise. The maintenance man, Tracey, really knows that park like the back of his hand and works hard keeping it clean, in good working order, and beautiful! Thanks, guys, for our great experiences there!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Gulfview and would highly recommend it to all. While they don't have a lot of amenities, they did have a great pool with hot tub, shuffleboard and bocce. However, what this makes this rv resort special is the community. There are many seasonal residents and they all were incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like a neighborhood. Again, I'd highly recommend this rv resort just make sure to save a spot for us!

Management not available. Went to take shower in shower room number two on a Sunday afternoon, smelled of feces and drops of feces on the floor.I PMed management immediately never received a response. This was at 5:00 PM Sunday , called encore resorts the following morning at 9:30 a.m. and their response was why didn't you contact gulfview but I did. Apparently encore contacted Gulf view and somebody did come out to clean the showers after more than 17 hrs. Two neighbors down played loud music constantly. There's no security there. While the pool was nice, the road noise made it impossible to hear other people speak. Constant truck traffic throughout the day. Stayed for a month there, the RVs there are very clickish and we're not friendly towards us. Went to the weekly meeting and no one even said hello or tried to introduce themselves to me. They were there for the donuts and the 50/50. Many of the fifth wheels, RV's, travel trailers were older. This is the first park where I unfortunately stepped in dog feces more than four times, the small dog owners do not clean up after their pets. Nor did they control their dogs at all. I have to assume this is the way encore runs all its parks, will never stay in an encore park again. It is also the most expensive Park that we have ever stayed in.

Rv resort is not to big but everyone was very friendly. Rv spots are medium size.

We trailer our SUV with our 30' class C. Staff is very accommodating and our site is wide. So far so good.

My family loves visiting and putting their RV there, I have visited, it's nice, the traffic is slightly noisy but the establishment can't do anything about that.

Nice quiet campground, staff very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean, pool and hot tub great. Highly recommend
