Beautiful place. Was there a few times in the last 2 weeks or so with "Shine on detailing and shield removal " (red truck). Clean, well manicured and real nice people 😀 👍 👌.

I was not a guest there, but met friends to socialize there. They have an ongoing series of events thru the week. They are well managed and maintained. The location is great and very near Fort Myers beach. There is a transit station near the entrance with bus service to local attractions.

It was a nice place with beautiful landscaping. There was a wide variety of palm trees. The laundry room was nice. I was put off by the bathrooms, they were not very clean or well maintained- broken fixtures, faulty fans, moldy floors around the showers in some. The staff who I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. It’s dog friendly but not super practical for the pups. If you’re in the inside loop around the water, you’re dealing with gators and the dogs can’t use the lawn that is just off of your slip. There’s a dog walk that is the perimeter of the park but I didn’t find a good place to exercise the dogs. Overall, it’s a nice place with friendly people.
