Gulls Way Campground

Gulls Way is my absolute favorite place in the whole wide world‼️♥️ I just love it there‼️♥️ it's magical ‼️♥️

We have had a place here for 8 years. Nice family friendly atmosphere. There are some rules that people dislike, but that is part of why we are a great community.

Great place other then everything closes around 5-6pm even the pool closes early.

Love this place my husband and I had a place in Blue Bill until he past. Very fond  memories. I wish I would have kept my place. Totally regret giving it up.😞

Happy to be part of the community! Really wish the pool hours could be extended (trying to tell an excited toddler they can't get in the pool until 11 is hard)
We love attending bingo and the bands they bring in, and all sorts of other events they host!

I just recently set a my trailer here as suggested by a friend that has been here for 20 years. I can't review the amenities since I have only been down a few weekends to set up and organize my campsite. However, I can say that the people I have met while here are very friendly and are willing to take there time to help you out. THAT is what makes a good community. The WIFI they advertise is useless. I have 5 kids and all of them use gadgets of some sort. Also, most televisions require a Wi-Fi source. You may want to look into getting a WI-FI hot spot device with a pay as you go data plan. Otherwise you will be in for a real shocker of a data overage charge on your next bill!!! They recently rebuilt the dock and pier at the marina and it looks great. The owners require you buy all decking and sheds from them. I can understand the sheds because of uniformity. They are reasonably priced and comparable to what big box stores would charge. I don't get the deck thing though. If you or a friend are competent carpenters, why can't you assemble your own decking?? So long as it conforms to what they sell you, it shouldn't matter. I will add to my review once I get a better perspective.
Jan. 24th 2022 update.
I've been here a season now and have a better understanding of how things work. I will keep the same rating but, a 3.5 star would be more accurate. DO NOT BREAK THE RULES!!!! Very strict rules and strictly enforced as well. Property is nice for what it is. Mostly just rows and rows upon rows of campers. It's nice riding the golf cart around checking out everyones little spot on the grounds. Some have a real flair for decorating and then there are others that keep things simple but, overall well kept. There are a lot of "clicks" among campers that have been here season after season. That isn't necessarilly a negetive thing though. Just noticable. I've taken my kids to the front pool many times. It's tough for them as they like to splash and play rough sometimes and the pool police will have absolutely NONE of THAT!!! My neighbors are all cool and we chat when we run into one another. I've attended several little camp parties that I've been invited to. My kids have lots of others their age to play with too. It's like a big extended family really. It's like having your own place but all your uncles and cousins and their families are all at the same place. Overall, you will be hard pressed to find anyone that isn't friendly. I am excited to begin season two.

If you like camping you will love this place. To close quarters for us non campers we were just visiting for the day.

We love it here! My in laws have been coming for over 10 years and it is a nice establishment with a great atmosphere.
