We were very pleased with the cleanliness, safety and pricing of this park! Thank you to all who work to maintain the needs of those of us who use the amenities you offer! Reasonable rates and 5 star for the stay.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. As with most RV parks in the southwest, the site was gravel. Driving a 45 foot class A was easy into and out of the park. Definitely would recommend and use again.

This is a great stop off the freeway, but not too close for noise. The spots are all gravel. It was kinda dirty for my dog. My only complaint was the grass for the dogs has a lot of weeds that have those round stickers that get stuck on the dogs. I didn’t even realize it till we got on the road and my tiny girl had several of them, 2 right in the corner of her eye. I pick places to stay based on several things and my dog isn’t the top of the list. It wasn’t ideal.

Great spot! Clean & easy to navigate. Friendly. Close to a lot of necessities, fuel and restaurants in mesilla. Awesome dog run and multiple grass areas. The lady who was at the front desk was very welcoming. Great experience.

Stopped for one night while traveling home, reserved and purchased an end suite pull through space online. I chose this space out of respect for other campers and for ease of set up because we were not sure how late we would get in. When we arrived we were given a back in space (a lesser value). I called the phone number on the paperwork. The office was already closed and would not be open again until after we left. I left a meassage. I tried multiple times to get the cost difference refunded to me. I only received a call after I responded negatively to the survey sent out by corporate. The manager was rude, raised her voice to me, and never followed through with follow up with corporate as promised. She maintained that the spot I was given was the higher priced end suite even though it was not coded that way on the map online or the one we received upon arrival. Also it should be said that several of the spots we did pay for remained open throughout the night. I'm not one to post negative reviews, however this whole experience left me with an uneasy feeling of being cheated and taken advantage of. I felt other travelers should be warned. Also note that they do have long term residents in the park (we were put next to one), dog park doesn't appear to be cleaned on a regular basis, rv sites were clean, no issues with hook ups.

Hacienda RV park in Las Cruces, New Mexico is a hidden gem. While the lights don't have much shade, they're very nicely laid out and the shower and bathroom facilities are easily accessible. Of the six or seven different RV Parks I visited alont my trip from NC to AZ, this one had the nicest individual shower facilities. Not only were they clean, but it reminded me of the bathroom facilities on board a cruise ship. While compact it was very functional. The young ladies at the desk are stellar and their service. It was very helpful. The only downside to this location is that they do not offer ice. I suggest bringing your own before you park there because there are no ice machines around within walking distance. 4.5/5

My husband and I stayed here for a couple weeks and really enjoyed this quiet park. The staff are friendly and communicate well. The park has great amenities including a hot tub, ping pong and games in the rec room, and sand sleds you can borrow to go to White Sands National Park. There is a code on the bathrooms and they are kept clean. The RV park was in an okay location and was walking distance to Walmart and Enterprise Rental car. We would stay here again.

We will be staying here again because: Very helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Clean and well designed individual showers. Safe. There is plenty of room in each level spot for your rig and towed car. Pet friendly. Everything works.

Did an overnight here. Great staff, very helpful on the phone. We did a late arrival and everything was in order. Our site was a nice level pull-through that fit our 35' DP and toad. They are alternating sites, so you share service sides. Plenty of room to open slides on both sides. The spaces are clean gravel with asphalt paved interior roads. They even rake the slot prior to a new resident!! There is a small fence separating you from your neighbor. Access was easy from I-10. Great power, wifi, water and sewer. Some road noise, but not enough to keep us awake or bother us. Had the windows open all night. Nicest place in the area! We will stay here again on our way back through. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We were just traveling through, but weather along our path had us thinking about staying longer and waiting it out. Staff was helpful moving our location to a site which had availability for an extra night, if we decided we needed it. We had an easy pull-through spot - site 130. Sites are close together but have some privacy fencing which is helpful. Park is very well maintained. We like the ease of getting on and off I-10 and getting to this park.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was so clean and well kept. The laundry faculties were nice and had good prices. We will be stopping on the return trip as well.

Spent 4 days here. Great location, easy access to interstate 10. This resort has all the amenities, sites are roomy and level with plenty of maneuvering room. Staff was most helpful, rest rooms clean, can't ask for more. The park has cable but I like to see what the antenna can pick up. 40 plus channels and 5G with T-moble. I'd stay here again!

Great park with great staff! Very accommodating our needs to stay extra night or not depending on the weather. Hot tub looks awesome, wish we could have stayed longer just to relax!

Place was great for our overnight stay. Sites are level gravel. They are close to each other, but the park is clean and well maintained. Used the bathroom and shower and facilities and they were clean. Also used laundry, washing and drying are $1.50 each. Park is right off the highway, but close to WalMart. We’d stay here again.
