Stayed here multiple times, and there is nothing not to like about this campground. The staff are amazing and friendly. The little dinner has phenomenal food and atmosphere.

Nice place. It was tight for us in our 40' fifth wheel. The site wasn't very level. It was quiet, though. We did order pizza and wings that was delivered to our site. It was good. We only stayed one night.

I hesitate to give a great review and blow up my spot but it is awesome. Quiet even though you are right outside of town. The sites are nice and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

What a great family-friendly place to stay. The Durham family are amazing and this Campground is loved by the many, many regulars hear that. Come here every weekend or have seasonal spots. It's so peaceful and dog friendly and family friendly. The gardens are great. The remember when Cafe is delicious and they have lots of activities.

28' travel trailer rig. Adequate for an overnight. We didn't explore the area, so I can't make that assessment. Roadways are narrow with gravel or mud.. Site not level and did not have sewer (most don’t). Creek is pretty; website boasts of fishing, canoeing, kayaking, but DEC says it’s polluted from agricultural runoff so we wouldn’t touch it. Camp store has lots of merch and staff is friendly. We did not avail ourselves of the diner. Pool was closed (due to time of the year). Campground seemed like a private campground which became a KOA. Doubt we’d return.

What a lovely little campground. All the staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to go above and beyond for the needs of the folks camping. We would stay again. The campsite had ample room and was pretty level.

It was cold and rainy but over all it was a great place to stay. Don't use Google maps to get you there. Not camper safe directions.

I camped at the KOA near Hagerstown while I am biking across America as part of ebiketour.org and my visit couldn't have been better. I truly enjoyed my stay at this small family friendly campground. It is near a small river and offers all you need for a pleasant stay. The showers are excellent. The shop was recently extended and remodeled. You meet many interesting people of all walks of life. If you are a fan of RV technology, this is a place to see the latest models. The RVs, although some are huge, blend in well and do not take away from this special feeling of being in nature.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. We were long term tenants (Nov 2021 - Mar 2022) as I am a travel RN. John and Judi were wonderful to work with. We had full hookup with 50 amp service and sewer. Thanks there is onsite commercial washer and dryers for laundry. Lots of shopping (Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Valley Mall, Hagerstown Outlets) and wonderful places to eat are 10 minutes away (we recommend highly Mission BBQ, Black Rock and Cafe Del Sol). If you happen to be a runner, you are also 8 minutes away from the C&O Tow path which is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the privilege to run. My wife works from home remotely and with our T-Mobile home internet modem she was able to do her work seamlessly from the RV including conducting online Zoom and MS Teams meetings. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough.

Nice little campground in the country. We enjoyed our stay and so did our kids. The pond was their go-to playground. Feeding the chickens and goats was also great for them.
