Great hiking and scenery! May not be the biggest park around but definitely one of the best!!

Didn't spend much time here, but liked what I saw and would have liked to spend more time. Saw a tree that had overgrown a fence which isn't very unusual except for the way that the the bark has grown away from the tree along the angle iron.

A really nice area along the North Raccoon River. A lot of spots that allow for a good time fishing. Very clean seems to be well maintained.

It's a really nice small county park, the trails are really nice to explore and it's really fun to watch the river. It also has a small camping area for RVs or tents, they also have a couple of cabins and a shelter house that you can rent. We traveled with dogs and it was perfect for them too! Will definitely go back.

One of my favorite places to trail it, camp and see nature. Love all the trails.
